We really don't understand what happened [Member Name Removed] and can't rectify it unless you tell us. We don't even show a record of performing any service for you and don't remember an signs that you were unhappy in any way. Did you call after business hours? (we don't perform these services during non business hours) Did you leave a message? We don't have any services that are $35 unless you purchased a deal and then changed your mind. But whatever we can do to fix it we are ready and willing. Please feel free to contact us to fix this at any time. Thank you very much. :-)

Description of Work: The door lock on the front door of a tenant's residence broke and couldn't be unlocked, so the tenant was locked out. This locksmith did not respond, so I contacted another who did the work. The next day this locksmith called me to apologize and explained that on the day I needed his service he was in the hospital. That was very considerate of him.
