Fantastic. Excellent Customer Service! I had 5 screens installed. Don and his daughter came to my house to measure the windows and they were both extremely professional and very pleasant. They arrived on time which is always a plus in my book. Did not ask me for any money until the screens were delivered. They came back in a couple of days and installed the screens. The reason they could not install the screens when they measured was that I gave them the wrong color of the frame. In addition, their prices cannot be beat. Home Depot wanted more than double the price. I did have a problem with one of the screens. The mesh needed to be tightened. No problem. I spoke to Sheila (Don's wife) and she said of course, Don will fix. When I came home from work, I saw that the screen was fixed and it is now perfect. That to me is excellent customer service. I highly recommend Screenmobile. When I am ready to get a screen door, I will be contacting them again.

The original appointment was set for August 27th but the company had a cancellation for August 6th. They were courteous enough to call to see if we wanted them to come earlier. The service techs arrived a few minutes early (wow) and had the screen door replaced within an hour. No muss, no fuss. What a refreshing experience. We will use Screenmobile again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs screens repaired or replaced.

All I can say is OUTSTANDING.

Showed up on time. Installer has been installing for 20 years every window screen was simply made and installed with no problems. They use better quality materials then some of the cheaper competitors. Cost of screens were the same no matter what the size so there is no need for a estimate and then a return visit just count the windows you need repaired and you can figure the price yourself. I gave a B for price but in the end it was fair and I would call them again for service.

Don is amazingly professional and friendly. The screen door is better than any other screen door I have ever had and it rolls with the touch of a finger. He also fixed my other screen door by straightening the jam and suggested that the door I already had still worked good enough. He said don't waste money on a new screen door if you don't really need it.The service and product is excellent! I thought it was a bit pricey, but then again, I didn't have to leave the house - he came to me and did everything on site in a very timely manner. This is an excellent company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Although very responsive, there was some confusion contained in some of their answers. One of the owners came to my home in a high-rise and determined that they cannot make screens to fit in the building. They use only one type of kit and the frame is too thick to work with the glass balcony doors. Also, I had asked that he bring bug screen samples, specifically saying I do not want solar screens, and he brought samples of solar screens only. Even if everything had gone well, I would have tried to find another place because their first available date to build and install the screen doors was four weeks away.

Starting with our initial call, everything went as smoothly as can be. The process and estimated cost were explained to us over the phone. Don came on time and explained how he would build a new slider and window screens on the spot. He had to adjust the slider from a square to a slanted shape due to settlement of the door frame. It flows so smoothly, I wish we?d known about Screenmobile sooner. He also took the time to advise us that washing screens is frowned upon because it shortens their life and affects their looks.

INITIAL CONTACT WAS ON PHONE, THEY WERE POLITE AND INFORMATIVE. WHEN TECHNICIAN CAME TO MY HOME HE WAS PROFESSIONAL EFFICIENT AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE AND WOULD DEFINATELY USE AGAIN.

Sheila arrived on time, gave me an estimate and set up an appointment for installation. Both Sheila and Don arrived promptly on the appointment date and proceeded to replace the screens we had discussed. To my surprise, most of the screens did not need new frames and Don was able to re-screen the existing frames saving me over $100 off the estimate price! I am completely satisfied with their honesty and professionalism and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

We bought a house that had been in foreclosure and were missing six window screens. Having Don come to our house, measure and make the windows on the spot was so easy and fast. We had our new screens in place within an hour of his arrival. Don was on time, courteous, and fast. He asked questions of me to make sure I got the type of screening material that I wanted. He was very professional, precise, and created and installed quality screens for us.

Don and Shelia are great! Shelia gave a quote and set the appointment up and confirmed the day before Don was coming out. Even with the heat predicted to be in the 100's and me giving her the option to reschedule, she said Don would be out at the scheduled time the next day. Don actually arrived early! How often does someone arrive early for an appointment! Of course, I realize it just worked out PERFECT schedule wise for him. Speaking of PERFECT,,that is how I would describe the work! He did have to install and upper track, which Shelia explained very clearly if I needed any track, there would be an extra charge for that. So points for not only being up front about that, but making sure it was out there ahead of time. So there was no misunderstanding at all. I was very happy with Don's work and in talking to him, I found out their daughter and I work in the same field. There is no question, I would hire them again in the future should I need any more screen work done!

He was excellent. He was very quick. They were very professional. They were very efficient and I'm satisfied with the work done.

Don and Sheila were great, I already liked them from the start (getting a quote over the phone and setting up an appointment). I was impressed with Don's work! He did the measurements, put together the screen door from scratch right in front of our house and completed the installation in no time. He did an awesome job! They are definitely a keeper :)

I did not use the services because I was able to get the work done cheaper than the quote I received.
