Description of Work: They were great, but my insurance deductible is $500, so I had to pay the $450 myself. I ended up cracking that brand new windshield just a week later, which SUCKED. Just had a new one put in from a local windshield place in Sun Valley for $140, TOTAL. Pays to go have it done yourself. Just look around a little.

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish this transaction was wonderful! I called the toll free number and after answering a few questions they knew the windshield I needed and quoted me the price. They were very professional and friendly on the phone and gave me the option of going to their shop or having their technician come to my location. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. They changed out the windshield with clear beautiful glass at the price they promised. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone including my family and friends! A+++++++

+ -1 moreI had a small chip in my windshield which I never had happen before and thought I would need to replace the whole windshiled. My insurance agent stated if it was small enough, it may only need to be repaired and recommended Safelite, along with another company but I had already heard great things about Safelite, especially on Angie's List. They were able to send someone the same day right to my office location. Sandra Smith arrived in the time frame I was given and was very professional and friendly. I was very impressed watching her work and she answered all my questions. The price was also discounted due to the insurance company I have. Highly recommend Safelite!

+ -1 moreSafelite quickly responded when I called. The tech was on time and did a good job on the replacement. I let him work unsupervised as I did not want to get in his way. Upon completion of the job I checked the window, and the installation looked good. Some time after the tech left I noticed that the backpack I had in the back seat was missing. It contained some hiking gloves and some prescription pills which were visible in the outer web pocket. I called customer service to inquire if the tech had my backpack. They said he claimed he did not, and were fairly unhelpful. It is not the dollar value of the loss that matters, but I have hiked with that backpack all over the world for the last ten years, and it has sentimental value. Do not use Safelite mobile techs, and if you do, keep them in sight at all times.
