Rick was very professional, punctual and communicative on what needed to be done. He went above and beyond, not only on the quality of work but also from customer service standpoint. Not only would I use him again, I already am. I hired him to do another job even before this one was entirely complete. Having worked with other contractors in the past where I always felt I had to keep my guard up because I didn't feel like I could trust them completely, I never once felt that way with Rick. It was overall a very pleasant experience.

Rick came on time. Installed a new kitchen sink base that was completely damaged by a leaky RO system. Quality of work was exceptional! Price was reasonable. Repairs were done in an orderly and timely manner. Super professional service! Will definitely use his services again.

We needed to have several various jobs done; hanging pictures on the wall, fixing two running toilets, and fixing a light switch. As I am not a handyman, we were very pleased to have found RPJ Industries. He called back the same day I left a message for him and was very personable and helpful. He showed up on time and did a very professional job in all aspects. We couldn't be more pleased, and will certainly engage his services for our future needs.

We'd been losing a crazy amount of air in both doors, and after another handyman attempted to fix the issue, he actually made it worse. Rick, on the other hand, diagnosed the problem right away, over the phone: The other handyman had used the wrong kind of insulation. This wasn't an urgent issue, so Rick asked if he could come up the next week to take care of it. We set an appointment, and he arrived a few minutes BEFORE he was scheduled. He fixed both doors in a jiffy, and instead of the $150 he had quoted us, he only charged $75. He then took a few minutes to talk about some other issues around the house and give us some free advice. We're already working on a list of other jobs for Rick to do in a future visit. He's reliable, honest and just a nice guy. At least from our experience, you shouldn't think twice about giving him a call.

If you need a handyman this is the one to hire !!! Rick is amazing !! Knows his stuff, arrives on time, very professional, works very hard, takes pride in his work. Very honest , does the work at a fair price. I can't imagine anyone not loving this guy !!! He is a rare find for Vegas !! You have hit the Jackpot when you get Rick in your home to do repairs !!!

Flawless. Lovely guy, extremely competent, helpful, on time, good communication, and referred us to several other trades who were equally good. Gave great advice, sometimes resulting in less work for himself, but better outcome for us. Hire this man!

Rick called to let us know he may be able to do the job a day early which thrilled me! He was very communicative, professional and personable. Once he was shown what we wanted, he immediately got to work. Within 3 hours everything was done and working properly. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and we will definitely use him again!

Wow! I received Rick's info from a fellow REALTOR® more than two years ago after he did some repairs for her buyer on my listing. After seeing Rick's workmanship, his speed of completion, and the cost for the job, I became a loyal source of referrals for Rick. I've referred him to no less than 20 clients and every single one has raved about his work. I have lived with two doors at my house that "catch" the kickplate and make horrendous noises for more than 4 years. I just never wanted to hire a door company to come out and charge me an arm and a leg. So, on a chance, I called Rick and asked him if he could do the work and he said he could. It literrally took him 10 minutes per door and they open and close like a dream! No noises, no catching. Rick also did some other "Honey-Do" List items for me and was at my house for an hour. So, not only have I referred Rick to a ton of clients, I've used him myself!

He did an excellent job and didn't take all day. When I find someone that works really well I try to keep and promote them. His pricing was very reasonable and I can't recommend him enough.

Rick was great, he was able to do the work 3 days after I first called him. He quoted me a price over the phone and stuck with that price. He showed up on time and finished the work in the amount of time estimated. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, I would hire him again.

I called RPJ because we needed something done to make a shed we have more comfortable. I made an appointment with Rick to come by to look at it and give us suggestions. He was very prompt and recommended putting in insulation in the shed and dropping and insulating the ceiling. He said there were a couple of other things he could do but wanted to take it step-by-step because cost was a factor to us. He came a couple of days later - right on time - and did the work. I'm so glad he didn't push anything additional because what he's done has corrected the situation 100%! We found Rick to be professional, prompt, hard working and conscientious and we will definitely hire him again.

All tasks were completed as requested in a very timely manner. I appreciated how quickly the work was scheduled once the estimate was approved. Should I need any additional work completed by a handyman, I won't hesitate to call Rick!

I called Rick, and he gave me a "ball park" estimate over the phone. He was able to come out the next morning for a formal estimate, and was able to perform the work right then, with a verbal agreement. He was very professional, and his price was less than 1/3 of another contractor, who'd gone out the day before. (don't use JJ handyman, btw). Overall I'm very pleased with Rick's professionalism, work, and price. I'd definitely hire him again, and since I own 2 rental properties, I probably will.

EVERYTHING WENT WELL - RICK IS A REALLY NICE GUY AND IS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH

Rick did a great job! He gave me a rough estimate over the phone and then came out and got started right away on restoring two walls that had holes in them from concealing the wires of some flat screens we had up. I needed the job done quickly and Rick was accommodating! Would definitely use him again!

Rick was fantastic. He did everything on my list and the ceiling racks came out great. We now can park both cars in the garage. I'm working on my next list of home tasks for Rick.

RICK WAS VERY PLEASANT, WHEN SCHEDULING THE APPOINTMENT, HE SHOWED UP ON TIME, PERFORMED THE WORK REQUESTED IN THE TIME HE QUOTED, AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK. HE REPLACED THE TOILET SEAT, REPLACED THE KITHCEN FAUCET, AND APPLIED THE SEALANT ON OUR SPA AND STEPS. AS TO THE MISTERS, HE SUGGESTED PUTTING IN A WHOLE NEW SYSTEM AS THERE WERE MANY LEAKS. WE WILL BE CALLING HIM BACK TO BUY AND INSTALL THE NEW MISTERS, AND DO ANY OTHER WORK NECESSARY IN OR AROUND OUR HOUSE.

Rick Returned my call promptly, and we set up a date & time. Rick showed up right on time ready to get to work. I had a list ready of the things I needed done. His work is professional and detail. I will definitely call him again.

Rick called promptly, arrived on time, explained everything in detail. He sent us an invoice that night and followed up with us that night. He called again to verify times and the address and spent approximately 2 days going through a long list of repairs. Very knowledgeable, professional. Compared with other bids from contractors, Rick was more than reasonable. This project is a home that was left in fairly bad shape by the former tenants. After Rick completed his work the place is beautiful! We couldn't be happier and will use only him in our future repair needs.
