The service was excellent. It was a Saturday morning and the couple who own the business came within 90 minutes of calling. The company is fairly new but the owners are very experienced. They completed the repair within 30 minutes and the fee charged was very reasonable. I highly recommend Royal for any garage door repair or installation work.

Tech arrived on time, checked operation. Pointed out the problem was simply caused by sticky weather strip on the sides of the door. Da. He cleaned the strip and lubricated the rest of the door. Cost $85, (minimum for service call), compared to $185 to replace the springs.

Based on what they showed about the condition of our door, we decided to replace the door. They were prepared to install right then, but we wanted to get some other estimates. After two more estimates, they still had the best price. They were also the first ones to reply to our inquiry on Angie's List. The day of installation, they called to tell us that they were on their way, arrived promptly, were professional and cleaned everything up after the job was done. The price included insulation.

They were very professional and organized. The team promptly answered our request for an estimate and were able to complete the repair he next day. The final price was even lower than the estimate....when does that happen? Very satisfied!

This team was delightful to work with from my first contact. They were professional and responded promptly to my inquiry. They arrived on time and efficiently evaluated the bottom door liners; measured and installed replacement liners; and easily installed the replacement. They are personable, fast and committed to quality work. Highly recommend!!

Everything went great, they showed up on time and quickly and expertly replaced the broken spring on my garage door for two springs. They quoted me a price over the phone ($185 for 2 springs) and that is exactly what they charged. All done in 30 minutes. Very friendly.

Royal garage door services said they would have someone out at 3:30 and they were there right on time. No time was wasted, the garage was fixed quickly and I was only charged a service charge. The professional that came out to do the work was knowledgeable and very courteous. I would definitly recommend Royal garage door services to all my family and friends.

I can't say enough about the quick response and excellent service. Our garage door broke at 9:00 a.m. and after caling 4 other places that couldn't come out, Royal Garge Door Services was there by 1:00 to replace the broken spring with 2 new springs ($180) . We had been also thinking about getting a new garage door opener. They evaluated the situation and the very next day at 8:30 a.m., they installed a side mounted LiftMaster Jack Shaft operator (love the automatic lock feature),overhead light, performed thorough maintenance on the door, and installed a new keypad (total $545). We can hardly hear the door close now... which our guest in the bedroom above the garage should love as well. Our only regret was the we didn't do this much sooner! Thank you SO much Virginia.

Outstanding. Virginia responded within minutes of me making the request. Their cost for the service was fair and below other companies. Their responsiveness as to coming to the house was immediate. Quick, professional workmanship. They improved the system by installing two springs versus the single spring on the door. Highly recommend. Will use again AND refer. Thank you!!

I submitted a request for quotes through Angie's List to install two garage door openers on the Sunday of Memorial day weekend. Virginia called me back the same day with a quote. Since her quote seemed reasonable and I wanted it done Tuesday I texted Virginia back on Monday and she said they could do it then even though I had yet to hear back from anyone else. Virginia and Oscar arrived at the appointed time and completed the task within two hours. I also had them replace both bumpers on the garage doors while they were there. I would definitely use Royal Garage Door again without hesitation. By the way, since I am still waiting for callbacks from the other three vendors I am confident I made the right choice.

Unfortunately the power was off— but they worked by flashlight; correcting a few unknown issues, lubricating etc. Very pleasant to work with....will call Royal again! 👍👍👍
