Royal Flush Concrete

I contacted Ambrosio around 9:00 am and asked him if he could come by for an estimate. He said no problem, he would be out my way around 11:30 or 12:00. He confirmed my phone number and address and said he would call 30 minutes before arrival. He never called or showed up. Very poor way to run a business, not recommended.

The demolition happened in about an hour. The location was difficult over a back patio wall etc. - but they were self-contained, fast and clean. The re-pour happened a couple of days later and they took about 2 hours.. again, clean and quick. The estimate was exactly the charge. Ambrosio was very easy to work with an their price was about a quarter of their competitor.

Excellent! From the first contact with Mr Agular everything went smooth, punctual and professional right down to the clean up .We will be contacting Mr Agular when we are ready for our backyard pavers.

It was beautiful. They are awesome, great. I had other contractors come in and quote me and I thought they were $1,000 less than the other contractors and they did a great job. They came in, came out, cleaned up the mess and did a great job. I highly recommend them. They were here in two days and finished the job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They came in. The concrete looks awesome. I get a lot of compliments from my other neighbors and they can't believe how little that I paid. I only paid $3.00 a square foot because I ordered so much concrete. In the backyard, I had a 12 by 50 slab that connected all the way alongside of my house all the way to my driveway so they did a lot. It looks better than I thought it was going to look and they did a full four-inch slab for me. It was great. The guys who came in were fast and efficient. They also do landscaping so I'm going to have them come back out and tell me what they can do as far as my landscaping. I definitely will have them finish 'cause I want my concrete wall done. So, I'll have them do anything else including landscaping. The owner was awesome. They were all awesome so I don't have any complaints.

UPDATE: I wanted to update my review after receiving the estimate for the potential job. Mr. Aguiar went out of his way to personally deliver the estimate to my home. If that doesn't speak volumes about this company, I don't know what does. It appears the estimate was sent very promptly after our first meeting, but ended up in cyber space somewhere. Unfortunately, we have to postpone the project for now, but would definitely contact again in the future. I contacted Royal Flush Concrete based on the positive reviews I read here. Ambrosio was very prompt in returning my phone call and came to my home the following day to provide an estimate. He was very cordial and gave us some good ideas. After two follow up phone calls and e-mails to Ambrosio, I gave up. Never heard back or received an estimate. I wish there was an N/A option for overall experience but since there isn't I rate an "F" If he didn't want or was unable to do the job a return phone call would have been appreciated.

It went great. They stayed on job until I was completely satisfied! The front and rear yard look completely beautiful again! I was very pleased with the service and their desire to make sure I was completely satisfied. I will be using them at another one of our properties soon.

I obtained five bids for the work. Ambrosio was very prompt about setting up a time for a bid. Although he was not the lowest bid, I had a better feeling about using this company instead of the one other company with the lower bid and set up a time for the work to be done. It is surprising the cost variations between the many concrete companies, so do your homework. I am glad that I hired Royal Flush. Ambrosio came out and and started the workers on the project. His workers worked extremely hard and long hours. It was a two day job and they did not stop until all of the work was finished. It is worth mentioning that the concrete is a 4500 psi. from Sierra Ready Mix. We have had bad results with cheap companies putting in inferior concrete which is why we plan on having Royal Flush out to do more work. The areas that the workers for Royal Flush went above and beyond is that they cleaned things up better than before they had arrived for the work. A sprinkler line was broken during the tear out process and they repaired that. I thought that the stairs they initially put in would be too narrow for our elderly relatives to navigate so they took them all out before the concrete had set and put in some awesome 18" wide steps. That was a lot of extra work and and another trip for Sierra Ready Mix, but they did it without additional cost. Ambrosio came by the work site periodically throughout the day and was easy to reach by phone. He worked with his guys at the end of the second day to make sure that everything was completed to what I thought was a pretty high standard. I felt that his workers had been screened very well. Many of them spoke English and they were very respectful. This company stays pretty busy but they are worth the wait.

To put my review in context, I have completely remodeled numerous homes and worked with many contractors . . . Royal Flush Concrete is FANTASTIC!! Ambrosio was extremely responsive and professional from cost estimate to job completion. Very good at communicating details of the job before quote. He clarifies details you might not have thought of BEFORE the job starts so no surprises, or stress, or extra charges. Quality of work is EXCELLENT. Example: I SAY: "I want pavers here that match those other pavers". HE SAYS: "OK. I can get same style, but colors will be a little different because your existing pavers are sun-faded. Also, on this edge here, we can do it this way . . . or that way . . which do you want?" I SAY: "I want the fence 2 feet taller". HE SAYS: "OK. Has your neighbor OK'd? Has HOA approved? How do we handle your neighbor's side of the fence - access and how do they want THEIR side to look? I'll talk to them if you like" When work started, Ambrosio was there every morning to help get his workers started on the right track. He was always polite and open to hearing my comments/questions on how the job was progressing. He also stopped by during the day as needed. Ambrosio and all his workers always came off as helpful - never irritated or put-off like some contractors when you talk to them during the job. Workers were careful to be neat and not damage any plants or anything else. Laid plastic on existing stamped concrete to protect. They cleaned up EVERYTHING, and actually left my yard CLEANER than when they came. Last reason I give them A++? They show initiative and "go beyond". For example, Ambrosio saw some piles of dirt from my DYI landscaping project and he offered to haul away it all away without me even asking. Then, his guys saw a bunch of river rocks scattered around and I came home and found all the rocks neatly placed in a 5 gallon paint bucket I had laying around the yard. All this, and their pricing is very competitive. I am recommending Royal Flush to any and all of my friends or clients (I'm a Real Estate agent).

I wish I had sealed these pavers right after they were laid. The sealing brings out the color and keeps water from washing out the sand. The repair work was excellent.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the work and the resulting product. So much so that I hired them for an additional job for which I will write a separate review. I have received several positive comments and request for the vendors name since the work has been done.

Again, staff arrived on time and completed the work in only 1 1/2 days. I thought it would take a lot longer.

They job is absolutely fabulous. Every part of his business is on top. His billing, the product and explains everything.

I made an appointment with Ambrosio for an estimate. He was on time, professional and answered all my questions. He emailed the estimate the same evening. Ambrosio was very accommodating working around my work schedule to get the job done. His crew showed up on time and worked steadily throughout the day. Job was completed to perfection in one day. Not only is their work flawless but it was a stress free transaction. They were here when they said they would be, they did the job as contracted, completed the job as contracted. I couldn't be happier!

It was a great experience. Ambrosio came to give us an estimate the day we called him. After getting 2 other estimates, we went with Royal Flush. The crew was on time, professional and did a great job on the concrete. They removed all debris and left the property better than they found it. We are very happy with our new extended back patio.

I contacted Ambrosio of Royal Flush Concrete INC for an Estimate based on reviews I read on Angie?s List. Ambrosio came out the same day which impressed me right away. We discussed the job, he took measurements and provided a written quote the very next morning by Email. I contacted Ambrosio the same day and he was able to start the job a week later. The first day entailed preparing the areas to be formed by removing the concrete and soil,. All the forms were complete the very next day and concrete was poured 2 days later. Ambrosio?s crew did an incredible job of finishing that goes beyond words. I was very impressed and extremely happy with the finished product. Everyone on crew worked hard and cleaned up after each day. I can?t say enough about the attention to details they performed from start to finish. I even added some extra work, not on the quote, and Ambrosio never asked for additional money, but I made sure he was compensated on the final payment and my Wife made sure the crew got a little something on the side. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Ambrosio as you will be pleased.

Hardest working team I have ever witnessed work! AWESOME, PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL!. I will call them back for a fireplace and kitchen for the yard.

Ambrosio came over the day after I called to give me an estimate. I gave him my ideas and he helped me to design what I wanted. He and his crew were available to start work right away. The excavated my yard one day. They returned the next day and poured concrete and then came back in 2 days, as scheduled, to do the irrigation system and planting. The final day they cleaned up. His staff is just as nice as Ambrosio. There were anywhere from 2 to 6 workers each day. They were pleasant and punctual and tidy. I can't say enough about them. It was a pleasant experience with a very happy ending. I am delighted with my new yard. I recommend them highly. Thank you Angie's List.

The project went very well. The crew started at 0700 digging down 4" for the slab and saving the decorative rock needed for the yard work. The crew had a harmony and cooperation toward the work at hand that you do not see very often. They looked like they were enjoying themselves even though it was hard work all day long. The landscaping got done during the start of the job before any concrete was poured. The concrete was being finished as it was being poured and all of the crew worked with the goal to have a good finished project. The clean-up was outstanding.

Couldn't have gone better. From initial phone call response, appointment and job were are punctual and professionally confirmed. there is no guessing with Royal Flush. The job was performed by hard workers who were very professional also. The job was scheduled and completed much faster than we anticipated adn the end results are outstanding. It's rare to encounter such a professional yet independent contractor also. Great job and we recommend them with great confidence. They have many licenses and can do much more than cncrete whcih was why we called them. We will definately use them again as soon as we have enough work for them to do!

Excellent from start to finish. Great customer service, meet all customers specifications, hauled off all the excavation, and cleaned up the mesh when finished.

All the responses were prompt and the service was performed very soon after my request. I have already scheduled future services with this company.

The Crew of four or five arrived on time. They did more preparation to ground than initially was planned , since I increased the size of my patio after the quote. I thought they would really upcharge me for this, but they only charged me for the additional concrete. These guys were the hardest workers I have ever seen. They placed the forms quickly and made sure the Patios and Walkway were exactly where and how I wanted them before they poured Concrete. Next the concrete truck arrived and mixed the concrete right in front of my house, so there is no waste or extra charges for not using a full load. Within a half a day they were completely done, cleaned up after themselves and gone. I've had this Patio for over one year now and it looks as good as yesterday. Water never stand on it, there are no low spots and it does not have those white marks (I guess some chemical leeching out of the concrete) that many concrete slabs have. From my experience I would use this company again even if they charged more.

Royal Flush reponded immediately to my request for pricing on my concrete patio project. They provided the best price on the telephone. We chose to go with another provider that came to our home and physically saw the project and provided recommendations as well as a matching price.

ROYAL FLUSH CONCRETE I called them for an estimate, and they gave me one. Their estimate matched another company's estimate. We went with the other company, because the other company actually came to our house to do the estimate. Royal Flush Concrete, didn't come out, they gave me an estimate over the phone, based on price per square footage. Their estimate was fine, and they were quick to respond. I just felt better going with the other company, because the other company came out, and reviewed the project. The others took the time to look at the job to be done. I did like that Royal Flush was willing to do a stamp design with 2 colors. There isn't anything wrong with Royal Flush, it just would have been better if they had came out to do their estimate, and looked over the project.

Bought new home and needed a patio as soon as we moved in. Arrived on time for estimate and job- completed job above expectations. Ambrosio is outstanding, will be using in future. Price was right on and fair- lower than others that were quoted.
