we quote and we did. it goes fine. nothing to complain except service response is a little bit slow.

cost was a little higher then i have found else where, but willing to pay a little more for reputable company.

By looking at their website I can see they do quality work, but we could not afford them.

Contacted them w/ my address and availability to schedule a time to get a quote. They said they would call to confirm and never did.

They arrived on time and did a good job over the course of a week. They needed more than one 20 amp circuit for their equipment, but once we had that sorted, all went pretty well.

WOW! The job they did was fantastic. I had over 900 square feet of concrete poured, including a 12? retaining wall. They were efficient and very professional. I know a little about concrete work and I was very impressed with the quality of the work. Four guys helped me move my 7ft Jacuzzi out of the way. When the job was finished, Ambrosia volunteered to have four of his men return when they were in the area and move the Jacuzzi on to the new slab they had poured. I definitely recommend them for any concrete work.

The work was completed within a week's timeframe and it is beautiful. There were no delays with inspections - all was extremely well planned. Very impressed with the curteous treatment and professional work. They relocated our rose garden and moved sprinkler lines as well. The crew made sure everything was cleaned up and secured every day as they left. Once the job was done, there were no remnants or clean up for us to worry about.

I exchanged several messages on Angie's list with Royal Flush Concrete, and I gave him my address and times/days I would be available for an estimate. I never heard anything back. It's been a month. I sent one more message a few days ago indicating that a month has passed since our last communication, but they failed to respond to that message as well. Royal Flush must be either really busy, or they do a terrible job of following through with potential customers.

Ambrosia made an appointment to quote my job, arrived on time, very personable and knowledgeable. His quote was the highest of 3 that I obtained. While he sent his quote via email, which works great for me, he did not reply to my email question to get more details about the quote, perhaps there was something to change or negotiate because it was the highest...for instance, the other 2 did actual measurements of the patio, but Ambrosio did an approximation and perhaps calculated more square footage of product in quote? But I did not get a reply and had work. done by another

I had an appointment Royal Flush Concrete, but no one showed up. No one called.

Owner was extremely courteous and knowledgeable with his craft, taking great care to minimize the dust factor. We would definitely hire him in the future.

Crew came at appointed time, started right in. The wall has a small out of center bend in the wall that probably only I will notice. This was due to a small curve in the sidewalk and yard front. Otherwise, very happy with the jobs. The crew left the job site very clean and were very professional.

I emailed Royal Flush Concrete through Angie's List on 12/31/13. On 01/03/14, I still had not heard from them, so I called the number listed on Angie's list. When I called Ambrosio said he would call me later that afternoon to schedule an appointment, which he did. He scheduled an appointment time that was convenient for me and he arrived on time. During the appointment, I became a little confused on his plan for moving the irrigation system and he measured 50 more square feet than the previous quote. When the appointment was over he stated I would have a quote by the end of the day (Monday). I received the quote 2 days later (Wednesday) - the day my concrete was being poured by another company. The quoted price was right in the range of the other quotes I received.

Excellent work. The provider was punctual for the estimate. I wanted to raise my back concrete wall fence by 2 bricks and a cap, also along the sides for 5 to 15 feet, since the house behind me is a 2-story and mine is only one-story. When I asked for a written estimate, one was provided. When his price was higher than a competitor, he voluntarily offered to lower his price. Estimator and part owner Ambrosio and Royal Flush Concrete did the job in one and a half days. He was professional, and also understood landscaping. His workers were very proficient, pleasant, and did more than was asked of them. When a flaw was pointed out, it was instantly repaired. It was an excellent result and I am very pleased with the work!

He got needed permits from city government & arranged to have required barricades placed on sidewalk & street. Broke up & removed concrete curb & sidewalk. Removed dirt to allow correct angle from street to property line for driveway. Arranged for redimix truck for the next day. Poured cement, struck off & trawled to a finished surface. Did initial clean up & returned for final clean up the next morning & had barricade company remove barricades. Royal Flush Concrete did a great job! I am Very pleased with their work!!!

Great. Arrived on time, quick review of work to be done and off they went to work. Concrete work is both noisy and dusty but the crew did an excellent job controlling both. Job was completed as scheduled. Clean up was excellent.

Went very well, made quite a few changes to original contract and it was handled very well by the contractor. Had them add electrical piping and gas line run before pouring. Increased size and scope of patio and added a hot tub pad and it came out very well only one spot holds water after rain and I really can not fault them as I made a change to the original plan after they had already started the concrete finishing. I would hire them again.

It went great, we realized that project was out of our range at the moment so we went a different route that did not include laying concrete. Because of this we are just as happy with our alternative. If we have a concrete project in the future we are will be calling Royal Flush Concrete.

It started out by estimating the square footage of my backyard, which measures 36 by 17. However I wanted a 2 foot boarder all the way around. That would take off a total of 4 ft off length and 4 ft width when multiplying L x W. This should have made it 32 by 13. However the rep calculated the square footage 34 x 15. He tried to tell me that because your multiplying L x W that equals 2 x 2 which is 4. Then he gave me the highest possible price for grey concrete at $8. Ft. When I inquired about color concrete he said it doubles to $16. a square ft for any color. Needless to say I didn't use them and an got an estimate from another company who chargeged me the correct footage with color at $6. a square foot. With royal flush it would have cost me $8,000. With the other company (absolute best concrete co.) my total cost, with color $2,770.

We were initially advised the price of a 10x11 patio slab to extend our old patio. we were told the price would be $400. We wanted to obtain other quotes from Angie's List. After further research we decided to go with Royal Flush. when we called back to schedule the install we were advised they had misquoted and the price would now be $700. Given this we no longer have faith in this provider. Guess they are named appropriately as well feel we did get the "royal flush".

Ambrosio was punctual for the two days of work and when I first called the company to do an estimate for the job. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout. He also quoted less than anyone else and yet did a wonderful job. I am completely satisfied and would do business with him again.

He responded very quickly to our request for an estimate. With the discount for being an Angie's List member was also a nice benefit! They completed the task in two days. Good work.

Ambrosio Aguiar was prompt in returning phone calls, he provided estimates and alternatives to my damaged driveway. His final estimate was competitive to other estimates that I received. Workers were very fast, efficient, and polite. The project was completed in 2 days to my complete satisfaction. I have had many positive compliments from neighbors. I would highly recommend Royal Flush Concrete and I would not hesitate to use them in the future. There were a few plants that were accidentally damaged, but Ambrosio bought new plants and personally replaced them!

Set up time for estimate, showed up exactly on time. Workers were great, spoke English, and very polite. Demo was completed quickly. Concrete was poured a few days after demo; they worked with changes I made on site, on the spot. Sealed a few days later. Bricks in the front were done quickly, and turned out great. Owner answered all calls.

They could have communicated a little bit more with me because they had to redo part of it as it drained towards the house as away. They took care of it right away. I would refer them agian.
