Royal Flush Concrete

Ambrosio and his crew came and did what they said they would do both on time and for the exact quote. I am a general contractor in Hawaii and was impressed with the quality of work and efficiency of Ambrosio's company. I'm having them back again to do a concrete entrance to the rv parking. I highly recommend them.

I called to get a quote to repair a block wall. He had to reschedule twice. He did then come out. He gave me a written quote. My neighbor would not allow some of the work on the adjoining wall. I called to modify the quote. He asked me to send it to his Email. I did so and now have been waiting for two weeks for the updated quote.

I met with the service provider on a Wednesday and he was courteous and professional. Due to a meeting that ran a little long, he was late for our appointment but explained why, was gracious, and arrived later in the day (which I can appreciate). He let me know that he'd get back to me by Friday to let me know if he could schedule my job that Saturday and if he couldn't, he would put me on the schedule for the following Monday. He was true to his word and the job was scheduled for Monday. Although I wasn't at home when the work was done, the walkway looked great when I returned and the work area left tidy. I would use this company again.

Concrete patio and cool decking look fantastic. Ambrosio was very nice, punctual and did everything as requested. Looks like a million bucks. He has a wonderful and hard working crew. I would definitely use them again!

I wasn't overly happy with them but wasn't entirely disappointed either. They showed up on time and did the work on time. They just didn't do that great of a job. Some of it had come loose and had to put fiberglass on it to keep it from coming loose.

I called and left a message, but they never called me back.

This company is awesome. They have done two jobs for use so far. In the first job the fixed a major portion of our block wall that had been damaged by a large pine tree. They came in with the lowest bid for that project and our last project. Quality work on both jobs. Our backyard looks awesome. I have given my recommendation to two friends since the last project.

They arrived right on time and got right to work removing rocks, adding dirt then pouring and finishing concrete for our new patio. They took time to clean up after. polite, hard working and very professional

Their estimate was high only because I think they were going to do the entire thing. They were going to tiled down the entire pool deck and I didn't really want that. I probably would consider using them in the future.

Excellent. The walls were built properly and to last. The guys know what they are doing and take pride in their work. They did not rush the job and made sure everything was perfect. I cannot tell you enough how great a gang of guys they were.

A++++! Checked out the reviews on Angies and saw great feedback, so called and right away was greeted with a friendly, happy voice. Explained I needed part of a patio removed and hauled away. Had an appt for the next day, which I couldn?t believe since I saw this company had been highlighted in the latest Angie?s list booklet and thought I would have to wait awhile for an appt. He came out and quoted a very fair price. They had an opening in the next 2 days, again, couldn?t believe how great the availability was. Crew showed up 10 mins early to setup equipment, so they could start right at 8:00am. They were very professional and very careful to avoid some landscaping wires that were in the way. Crew was fast and efficient, and done in under 2 hrs. Great customer service and extremely happy with this company from start to finish. Choose this company first, they will deliver.

The workers came on time, were incredibly professional, liked dogs, did the work properly and without problems. We will hire them to do the cool deck around the pool.

Ambrosio's crew showed up early, about the estimated time. They got to work right away. Ambrosio himself showed up within minutes and showed the guys the scope of the work to be done. During the course of the day they had a few questions that I was glad to answer. No real surprises except for some broken irrigation during demolition, but they repaired those. I had to leave about 2:00 PM, and when I returned, everything was cleaned up and all gates closed. This is the second time I have used Royal Flush Concrete and they do quality work. The only 'iffy' thing is that there was a 10-day gap between the estimate and the day work actually started, but I know they do stay busy.

He poured the concrete wrongly and they were not up to chord. I thing they were about 12 out 7 down and it was just that i learned that he had a repair. One morning i hear and truck and he is working like the crack of dawn. He got the form up for the stairs and he is pouring the stairs. It's all wrong. He was making it worse. You come off the ground and go up like 7 steps. This is concrete. I asked him what he was doing, i got my measuring tape and it was all wrong and then he said he didn't hear well, he wouldn't have cut the concrete. I told him i wanted it fixed. So he took all the cement up, washed it and left and that was the last day i ever heard from him.

I contacted Royal Flush and 2 other companies in the spring for an estimate to raise our rear wall, remove signage and repair a front wall and a minor repair to our front stoop. The repaired walls would also need to be re-stuccoed. Company 1 responded promptly gave a reasonable price but was unsure if they could match our stucco pattern at the repair site. Company 2 eyeballed the location gave a quote and said there also would be a minimum engineering fee. I felt they were just throwing out numbers to see if I would bite. And then we got our estimate from Ambrosio at Royal Flush Concrete. As a woman seeking an estimate I found him to be polite, and respectful. After our initial estimate I realized to raise our wall would block a stop sign that probably wasn't located correctly to begin with but what can I do now ?! Ambrosio worked with the city getting permits for our job and having the stop sign moved. Due to some unforeseen family issues it took us longer to give the ok to start than we anticipated. When we contacted Royal Flush we were ready to begin the process moved so quickly we were amazed. The workers arrived early each morning and tidied their work area every evening. There were some things Ambrosio and I discussed that were not specifically in the contract. The man must have an remarkable memory or is just a terrific businessman. If we talked about something the day he came to our home for the estimate it was done in the course of the work Apparently my husband and I had a different vision for the wall repair. Day 1 and my husband wants more block added. The crew made a phone call to Ambrosio he gave us a fair estimate and the work was amended immediately to include another 75 ft of block. The stucco pattern that was worrisome to the other contactors was not an issue with the crew from Royal Flush Concrete. Once this is painted I doubt you will be able to tell we had this work done 15 years after the original wall. Another positive: we have a rock yard and stucco will go everywhere during a knock down and repair. This crew was terrific in cleaning up as much as possible of the block and stucco pieces We are very happy with the results and would not hesitate to contact Royal Flush Concrete again.

These guys did an Amazing Job!! They raised a large portion of our backyard wall & removed & replaced part of the wall in the front! They hauled away all trash & wall they removed leaving our yard spotless! We will be using them again for future work at our house! Thank you very much for a Great Job!!

It went very well. Workers arrived on time every day and did a very professional job. They also finished landscaping to match my Santa Fe Style House. My property value DEFINITELY INCREASED. THANKS AMBROSIO and ROYAL FLUSH CREW!

I contacted Ambrosio and set up an appointment with him. He was approximately 15 minutes late. When he arrived I told him that there were reviews on Angie's List that made reference to him not ever giving them a bid. He said he was unaware of that. I wanted my stamped concrete color on my driveway to be changed to a neutral color instead of black. He said no problem and would get back to me with a quote that afternoon. I never got a quote so I called him the next day and he told me his office was going to email me the estimate. I never heard from them; therefore, I did not use his company.

Work was done in one day, at the price agreed to. Looks great.
