Royal Flush Concrete

Description of Work: I needed the wall in my backyard raised up a couple of rows. I had 4 companies come out and give me estimates. Royal Flush did not have the cheapest estimate but they had great reviews on Angie's List and I felt very comfortable with Ambrosio right away when he came out for the estimate. They showed up on Saturday morning around 7 and the job was completed around 3. The wall looks great. They were very professional and their work was top notch and everything done to spec. The neighbor was worried about her garden on her side of the fence but they cleaned up the small amount of mortar that fell. Nothing got damaged in anyone's yard. They even helped me with another small project in my yard. I am so glad I choose Royal Flush and would definitely recommend them. They also do landscaping projects and I will use them for that as soon as I am ready for that project.

Description of Work: They repaired a backyard brick wall, removing the bricks,(they were leaning) and reassembling the wall using rebar and the original bricks. It was a lot of work and they did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves as well.

Description of Work: This may be the company I asked online for some information. If so, they never responded and I did not follow up.

Description of Work: Remove driveway, wall, workshop, tress and rest of yard. Put in two retaining walls, 50 foot RV pad, leveled yard. Relocated drive way for new gate, and a few other small things that came up. Worked on all permits that were needed. Great company to work with always on time and kept us up to date on what was going on. Did take a couple of weeks longer then we planned but this was due to the city codes not the company. Would use them again when we need this type of work done.

Description of Work: came OUT to estimate job needed, never gave bid. we required liability and workers comp insurance, I suspect they did have insurance so never sent bid

Description of Work: the cost for the service was way, way to high for what I wanted to have done, it was way out of line, had call 3 others on my own and their cost was more with the job.(stain my driveway)

Description of Work: We used the Royal Flush Concrete replaced a to cap brick on a retaining wall.

Description of Work: They replaced about 60 concrete block facings on my wall, and repaired and painted other damaged areas. They also repaired and painted the entire lower area of my stucco house and did some patching of damaged areas.

Description of Work: Although the estimator was puntual and professional, I was able to double the size of my patio for only a couple hundred dollars more than what he bid. He measureed the area and threw a number out there with no calculation. Turns out that his bid was almost half again as much as another company's bid.

Description of Work: Ambrosio, came over for the estimate, looked at the project and listened to what I wanted done. Gave me an estimate that was below others. It was a two day project. First day only one worker showed up to lay out the forms and start removing the top soil. Second day the whole crew showed up and went after it. Excellent work.

Description of Work: Came to our Home on time to evaluate the walkway and driveway cconcrete work needed. He said the project cost would be very high and that we might be wise to find an alternate remedy.He was very polite but not really helpful suggesting a solution.

Description of Work: They gave me a price for painting concrete around my pool which I agreed to we scheduled a date for work and they did not show up. We rescheduled and the same thing happened, I have not heard from them since.

Description of Work: I saw an Ad in the Local Paper for 2.89 per sq' of concrete. I Called and they confirmed it is 4" thick at 4,000 PSI. The same or even better than the others that quoted me from $ 2,500 to over $ 6,000. I was a little surprised that they did say they would come on a Certain Day with the Crew and get it done - No Home Sales Visit Required. They did let me know they would do Minor Ground Prep and if the Concrete area was larger they would charge accordingly. I wanted two Patios connected with a walkway and piping under the walkway for Water Flow and for Bubbler and Electric Lines to be installed later. So I dug some of the trenches myself and leveled some of the ground. Upon their arrival ( Three People ) I expanded the Patio a little and was surprised they only charged for the additional Concrete plus moved more dirt in preparation than I had thought would be required. The Patios have been here for over two years without any problems - they still look like new. This was a Terrific Savings or a Terrific Job. I did bring them Lunch to thank them for the Great Job.
