+ -1 moreRod and Charlie arrived on time. They went right to work as a team. I requested Rod, the owner, be on-site. Even though he cannot be on every job-site, he agreed to fit me in to his schedule, so that he could do the work. So many times I have had a contractor drop off a "crew" and leave. Later, if a problem arises there is no one around to explain it so that I understand. I have then had to call the "boss" of the crew only to find out he is on the other side of town, or he is at another job site and will call back. On this job Rod made sure he was at the site the whole time. The job site was cleaned up and I can honestly say the roof looks better now than before the job was started. All the tiles are back in the correct places on the roof. Excellent work. No more leak. Thanks Rod.
Description of Work: My wife and I found a roof leak in our house. We obtained three estimates. Rod, did the best job describing the problem and what was needed to fix the leak. He went on the roof to inspect the problem area and showed me pictures of the leak area. The estimate he gave me was the total cost to me when the job was fully completed.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. I really have no complants. Ron was very prompt and professional and so was his crew. They did an excellent job and uncovered mistakes by other roofers my mother had in the past that were corrected. Like I said. I have had no leaks and it had rained alot in the past year.
Description of Work: Complely tore off 3 layers of previous roofing down to the plywood. replaced about 4 sections of plywood. rolled on a single surface roof. covered and sealed all the vents etc. They were very punctual and spent 3 days working on the roof. I refered him to a friend and was told he did an excellent job as well. I recently had him repair my other house in Sumerlin and they did a fine job on that as well. It was a tile roof.
