Everything went well. One small issue (a piece of bracket left on the roof), but they came immediately and took it away. I could have done it myself in about ten minutes, but they had contacted me to make sure everything was okay. I told them of the piece on the roof and that I would throw it away. They came out and did it immediately. Great attention to even the smallest details. Would definitely use again and recommend.

They’re the best. The whole price was $28,000 but because of the government rebate we were able to approve $8000 so that was $20,000 out of pocket. They gave me the correct price, the salesman was extremely knowledgeable, they explained everything to me and they explained exactly why the other customers, it had not to do with reputation, it had to do with reputation. They were very convincing so I hired them. Within two days they had 28 panels installed on my roof and they were very professional and very good at what they did. They did a neat job and the product was performing better than I had expected and I expect it to continue performing for quite a few years. The panels they sold me have a 20 year of warranty on them so I’m very with the performance and the product they provided.

We had to wait for Envy Energy to come out and certify the system. That is why it took so long to get it turned on. They were very professional, and their quote was right on which, was nice. A lot of contractors come out and give a quote then it turns out to be something else.

They did a good job and are one of the best companies in Las Vegas. They are honest and do a good job. They were sitting outside a half hour before appointment time. The completion was exactly as they told me it would be. They were very professional.

It was outstanding. I think the representative who did the contract with us was very informative and provided really good information and the crew that did the installation they were punctual, they were friendly, they were very efficient and it was just a good experience.

Actually they did a great job. They were always here on time and they always cleaned up after them, many things of construction math and they're very responsive, just when I have regular questions about why is it doing this or how do I read the computer for that? They've been a very good company to work with. I checked with about four or five different contractors and for the price and the product that I received I would give them an A that was very good.

They were awesome. The workers were friendly. I didn't even know they were there!

The reason why I didn't go for it because the new rate made it not feasible to gain solar electricity.

Robco did an excellent job. I solicited estimates from a few different solar companies. What I liked about Robco was that they were very informative and did not try to pressure me into anything. Tim was my sales representative and he was very responsive. He answered all my questions, and he always returned my calls and emails on the same day. Plus, I liked that they did more than just solar - they are a full-service electrical contractor. Once I made the decision to move forward, I opted for a smaller system. Again, no pressure to expand it - they wanted me to be happy and they were going to give me exactly what I wanted. They submitted everything to the HOA in a timely fashion, and we obtained the approval a few weeks later. After that I signed the contract, paid the first deposit, and we had an installation date set. They called me the day before to confirm the installation, and arrived on time in the morning to get started. The first day was mostly preparing the electrical boxes and conduit and also mounting the roof mounting rails and brackets. This took a little over a half day. On the second day they mounted the panels themselves with the microinverters. The day after that I had the county building inspector come and inspect the system. After the paperwork was submitted, it took about 7 working days for the utility to install the two-way meter. Once that was installed, I called Robco and Tim said it was okay to flip the switch and turn the system on. Voila, I had functioning solar panels! After this there were a few technical glitches to iron out. They had an electrician out the very next working day to get everything working properly with both the panels and the Envoy monitoring system. This took about 2 working days to get everything straightened out and get all the monitoring configured properly. Throughout it all they maintained excellent communication with me and were committed to making sure the panels were working properly! As of now, they have been working for several days, and I have a real-time app on my phone which lets me know how the system is functioning, how much electricity I am using, and what my net is for the day. Over time, I can look at the daily, monthly, and annual patterns on how they function. It really is a slick system! I would absolutely recommend Robco if you are thinking about Solar. They are very easy to work with, are low pressure, very informative, and get the job done. They are exactly how you would expect all contracting companies should run.

Robco's men showed up on time and were very diligent during the installation. We also had them install 2 - 50 amp receptacles for our electric cars. The young men were polite, hard-working, and cleaned up after each day.

Tim was great to work with! The entire team was punctual, clean, considerate, and everything was completed ahead of schedule. They were great to work around my busy schedule. They cleaned up around the work site every day. The foreman was happy to discuss with me what they had planned for the day and where they were with respect to the original timeline. In construction there always seems to be a few hiccups, but these were handled quickly, efficiently, and smoothly. I have already spoken with neighbors about the excellent service and work quality and would not hesitate to use them again for another electical need.

Excellent overall. They shepherded me through to local utility’s convoluted paperwork. Install was quick and professional. They could have done a bit more on training me to read the meters, but that can be looked up online.

I cannot say enough positive things about Robco Electric. From start to finish they were very professional. Leonard Clark (Lenny), our salesman was amazing and informative. Lenny always took my calls (there were tons) and answered my questions (even when I asked the same question several times). If Lenny was unavailable, Collin would talk with me and advise me on my concerns. On the day of installation, the crew was on time (6:45 a.m), they were courteous and patient (more questions). They set up and got to work. We have a two story house and I lost count of the number of times they went up and down their very tall ladder. Tyson Bowers and Jacy Sparkman made the job of climbing a two story house, installing 16 solar panels and all the electrical that came with it seem very easy, even though I know it is not.

The engagement was clear end to end. The Robco sale staff was articulate, their installers were fast and professional, and the quality of work was superb. I wish I had things to say about NV energy, but Robco doesn't control the power company.

my sales person Kyle was amazing.. this guy goes above and beyond for his customers, any company that has this guy working for them is very lucky and needs to make sure they never lose him. we had a few issues come up, and i was unhappy about a few things... i believe it was helpers faults.... i dont really want to go into to much detail, other than the issues were addressed and although it took a bit longer than it should had, i was extremely happy with how this company handled me... 2 small things go differently they would had gotten all As. i really shopped around too, these guy had the best product and a great price... way better than the big name recognized solar outfits (which i think are all fleeing town now anyways). thanks Robco!

We decided not to use them. One of the representatives of Robco came out and he said, 'You're bills really aren't high enough to justify it.' and we were worried because we don't think we'll be here 7 years from now. He made that statement and if you look at the bills they are not as high as what you hear and we have a 300 square foot house. So we have been serving this as much as we can and we have decided to just stay with what we've got and improve our heat being lost. The experience with this gentleman was just what we wanted to give good explanations of what he could do. He was very receptive, intuitive, he was great to work with us and stepped back. He was very pleasant, very courteous, knowledgeable, gave us good information and of course let us off the hook of even thinking about it for the time being.

We were extremely happy with the service provided by the entire Robco team. The sales person Kyle was our main point of contact. He took the time to explain all of our options, the equipment, and total process including the NV Energy requirements, PECs and rebates. The installers were awesome! They showed up on time, worked all day, were polite and professional, answered any questions we had, and cleaned up at the end of the day. Kyle stayed in contact with us through out the entire process and provided excellent customer service. The company more than exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend their services.

Fantastic company. From the very first sales visit until the final paperwork drop off, Robco was great to deal with. We also appreciated that they are a full service electric company (both residential and commercial projects), not just a solar installer. That means if the solar business slows down or consolidates in 5 years, they'll still be around to honor their work/warranty; we had concerns about the longevity of some of the other companies that only do solar installs. Sales process - We had a bids from a few companies. Robco's was 10 times better than everyone else. Most companies just showed up with a pen, paper and calculator; then they'd do some quick math and say "looks like you'll need XYZ # of panels. That'll cost ____". Robco came with an overhead picture of our home that showed the proposed panel layout. Robco also came with a very detailed proposal that not only described the system itself, but also a lot of great financial information about the benefits of the system (ROI, NPV, etc). Install process - Went great. Took them 3 days. They showed up on time. The crew members were all polite and respectful. Install went smoothly and we had no issues. Follow up process - After the install was done, Robco stayed on top of the final inspection process, setup our Enlighten monitoring account, and helped us w/ the PEC application form. Then even gave us draft forms of the Federal Tax credit paperwork. All in all we are very happy with our system and Robco as a company. We would recommend them without reservation to anyone looking at going solar.
