I was charged 20 dollars extra a few months ago because they did not get my voice-mail 2 days prior to the due date when I had called to update my card on file Last month the charge went in fine today a day later after the due date I get a voice-mail saying we cancelled your internet because of of lack of payment I honestly don't have lack of funds I have a lack of patience and I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BIPOLAR THEY HANG UP THEN COME OVER FIX THINGS LIKE NOTHING I WILL CALL THEM TOMORROW IF THEY DON'T REFUND ME THE LAST LATE FEE AND DO NOT FIX THEIR BILLING ISSUE THEN I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AND GO IN WITH FULL FORCE ON COMPLAINTS, REVIEWS AND MEDIA ATTENTION I CAN'T HAVE A COMPANY OPERATING IN THIS MANNER IN LAS VEGAS.

I been in business here in Las Vegas since 1999 and I call 702 795 8787 to book an appointment for a temporary stay at an apartment here in Las Vegas Earlier today I called to confirm the appointment time was told between 9AM and something else but the tech would be at my apartment around noon So 12:30PM comes around and I call and spoke to a sassy queen with an attitude who said the appointment was booked between 1PM and 4 PM I said no it was for the morning I got upset with all the accusations and lies and hung up I had my partner call they lied to him and said I had canceled The rep said he had called me to tell me the tech would arrive in 15 minutes and no such call was made So I had enough I called back asked for a supervisor he said I am the superstar and you are not going to get anyone else above me. And hung up on me. So I called back spoke to the dad Bob Cobarruvias who said I know who you are I was listening to my son conversation with you and you are acting like a crazy person and hung up on me. Now honestly I don't know what kind of mom and pop shop wants to be successful with those attitudes I will be reaching out to Cox, DirecTV and other providers as they do not need that type of idiots burning bridges and losing customers over thin skin attitudes. My best advice to the public is STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
