Description of Work: Made appointment and made the time to suit their schedule more than ours. Morning of appointment he never showed up . said he was sick.Didn't seem like he wanted the business. we are moving forward with the project useing Titain stairs inc.

+ 1 moreI found the company in Angie's list, made a call inquiring about whether or not I could get a new ballister made to match the rest of the stair rail. The owner educated me told me to bring the part over, instead of making a new one they were able to repair the existing one, clearly saving me money. They then were able to respond to the house to put the ballister back in the stair case when I couldn't do it. They were prompt, clear and reasonable priced. They were very detailed about the cost of things and why and that was very nice. There was no unexpected charges.
Description of Work: The owner and the workers were terrific to deal with. They educated me and offered money saving ideas and performed the service very well. I would recommend them to anyone . Thank you.

+ 1 moreThey have not quite finished the work yet, however they do beautiful work. They came out to put the railing together, then they took it back to the shop to refine it. They are supposed to be out to install the railing and then they will send out someone to refinish it. It is a big project. They are responsive. They came out to give me an estimate that same day that I called. Workers came out a few days later and got the project started.
Description of Work: Rise & Run Inc. is building a twenty one foot cherry wood railing on my spiral staircase.
