We have an account with them. We pay them and they come. We pay by the year, so we are members. I remember when something broke, I mean really broke, they came out and fixed it. I asked them what's the bill, they said there is no bill and that we are one of their customers. We are on a contract. We pay them when they come, and when something brake they take care of it. It's a very nice situation. Something actually broke and we had to get a new part. It was expensive and they said "no problem". They're very reasonable. Their quality is excellent.

I've had them for years on both my houses. They are really good. Very economical, I have a plan with them. Again, good work. Showed up when they said they were going to show up and probably took about an hour to do the work. They did it all and saved me lots of money because they did preventative maintenance and replaced a small part. It took him about an hour and a half.

In today's world customer service seems more and more going the way of the dinosaur. Right Now Air for one day renewed my faith in business owners commitment to exceptional customer service. From the moment I booked an appointment to look at my AC and heating units the employees were top notch and super communicative. A woman in the office called me immediately to confirm the appointment then called me prior to the tech's arrival. Marc the service tech was cheerful, professional, very transparent in his assessment of my AC units and respectful of my home. He really did an exceptional job. I had a great experience with this company and I would happily hire them again when I need either a tune up on my AC units or other work done. Thank you Right Now Air for being professional and getting all your empolyees to take pride in the work that they do.

I didn’t had a very good experience. They were subcontracted by a warranty company that we used to have. They never were able to fix anything – I mean, they fixed things from time-to-time but it took them too long to get things fixed. They didn’t have parts; they kept coming back-and-forth. They weren’t very professional.

This company was very professional, polite and punctual. I called on a Friday morning and someone was able to come out that afternoon. I had a new air conditioner installed a few days later. The customer service was outstanding. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

Randy came out and spent many hours scoping the project before so on day of change, they completed all the changes. They were prompt in arriving and cleaned up after themselves. They made is seem simple but it was a complex change with wonderful results. They all were very professional.

We used their $69 coupon for both the furnace and AC. The young man looked over both units then presented us with a sheet for each unit and a verbal explanation of what he found. I'm not sure I'll remember everything, but he told us the capacitor(s) in both units were borderline and should be replaced, there was oil leaking from the AC motor, and the condenser unit above the furnace was rusty (he showed me) and needed replacement. There may have another item, but I'm not certain and the paperwork is buried where I can't get to it right now. The cost to repair, minus the condenser replacement was quoted as $1,250,00. He couldn't give me a quote on the condenser replacement. He then pitched their Plan, which consisted of a yearly flat fee that would lower our costs for their work. We passed on the repairs and the Plan because, to be honest, I felt like I was standing in the midway at a carnival listening to a spiel. We ended up calling another company that was recommended to us by the man who installed our alarm system. This man did a very thorough examination of the units, including tightening screws and bolts (or testing that they were) removing the cover on the AC and hosing it all off, etc. His cost was $128.00. The result of his examination? "You'll need to call me in a few years to replace the furnace blower motor. Except for that both units are an great condition." UPDATE: This company sent us a check as stated in their response. The time gap between their posting and this update was caused by mail problems, a mistaken tearing up of the first check, our spending a month or so geting ready for a move, then moving. As for the compressor concern in a 21 year old system, well the tech wasn't very thorough in that regard because the second tech showed me the tag that has a 2005 date on it. Your tech missing that gives me a low level of confidence in his abilities. While I appreciate the check, I will not call you again. The blatant attempt to fix items for large sums of money that do not need fixing preclude that.

Joey came right on time and tried fixing the problem by adding more Freon. After doing that and staying to check the work he discovered that there was also a malfunctioning TCP valve. Since we had an important Doctors appointment at 1:00 pm and the job would take three hours we were willing to wait until the next day for the repair but Joey volunteered to come back after our appointment was over. We call him after the appointment and arranged for him to come back at 5:00 pm. He arrived on time and finished the job by 8:00 pm. It was amazing that he was willing to work late so we did not have to go another day without AC. The company truly has great customer service.

I've been using Right Now Air for about two years for which I pay a monthly service fee of $25. I found them originally in 2012 when I had a blower motor replaced ($613). Now they service my A/C each spring and my heat each fall. This service is "free" because I have a monthly service contract. They have always been punctual and professional. This time when the servicing was finished, one of my Nest thermostats would not run the A/C. Tyrone stayed nearly an extra hour -- until about 6pm -- trying unsuccessfully to diagnose the problem. Ultimately, the problem was with the thermostat itself. (Nest is sending me a warranty replacement.)
