Never went because I was not a club member...I found another vendor who really works 24/7, he was at my house within 30 minutes...diagnosed the problem, temporarily got the system working and gave me options. Since the system was 16 years old...I opted for a new system. The next day, his crew installed it. All is well. So much for your club members...you lost a sale!

Right Now Air Owner Scott came to our home to review our needs, and quote a price package. Scott answered every question, and even responded to our calls before we signed the contract for the work. On the day of installation (Home Air Conditioner and Heating Unit) Scott showed up before his team. His Team was very Professional, and Detailed in completing the job. They answered all questions through the process. They did a GREAT Job !!! Scott was quick to respond to any concerns we had. I was very impressed, and happy with our decision to use Right Now Air, and recommend them to anyone seeking the same services.

We've used Right Now Air for the past five years, and are very happy with their work. The first two years were free, then on the third one nothing changed on the unit so I decided to do it every three years for a while. They put the unit in 2012 and they came back 2013, 2014 & 2015.

The service was fine. There were four people to come out and complete the work. It took about 4 hours. They cleaned the area.

It took about 8 hours to do the whole thing and there were two or three guys working, and everything was done great.

For the last 15-20 years, it has only been them because they do such a good job. I use them for both my home and my business. The dispatcher is super. They say they are going to be here, they are here. Before them I used a number of different organizations, because AC systems don't last long in the heart.virtually every one of the ones I used before prior to them were a C or worse. The quality of every thing they do versus what I experienced before that makes them an A.

They did ok. I may try a different outfit that's a little cheaper and see if I like them better. It took about an hour to complete. One person came out to complete the service. The area was fine. It's a new unit.

There was one technician, they are very good and wear little booties.

I have a maintenance plan with them. They come out twice a year. They're response was very good. Their prices are fair. I've been with them for ten years.

They're great. They're here when they say they're going to be. I've used them for several years. They service it in the Spring and Fall. I'm on a contract with them and it gives me a discount on work that they do. I have no complaints about them at all. I would recommend them to anybody. They always do a good job. They explained it to me and I don't know the stuff very well. If I have any questions, and I always seem to do, especially when they are working on the thing out in the garage, the unit. I'll ask them and they always explain it, they're never in a hurry, like I need to get this done and out the door. So, I like that. They installed my unit too. My contract was up, and I just renewed it a little while back. That way I know that they are going to call and notify me that it's time for another check and I won't forget have them come out and check it.

They’re good and it’s hard to find. I’ve been ripped off by other plumbers and things so many times. It's hard to find somebody that you would want to come back.

They fixed it really quick. I live in a mobile home so it runs more. I've had them come out a few times, their always really good. Their punctuality and professionalism keep me going back to them. Since I live in a mobile home, not too many companies are licensed to work on mobile homes central air.

They are an A+ company. I've been with them for 10 years. They are always extremely professional. Every since I've gotten this unit from them I have had zero problems. I purchased the bi-annual plan and they always come do the maintenance check on schedule. It's running just smooth as glass.

I had a problem with my heat pump. He was very good.

They were fine. Actually, let me put it to you this way. My air conditioner went. I do have insurance on it, but the insurance company could not get here fast enough. I requested for them to come over because I have a 98 year old mother living here and we have to have the air conditioning. So they couldn't send anybody fast enough so I called Right Air and they were here within 20 minutes when I explained the situation. The cost really wasn't that much. I was surprised. It was not expensive at all. The quality of work was very good. When I explained the situation to them that it was an emergency and I had to have somebody right away because somebody 98 years old can not sit in all that heat. They said that they would handle it right away and 20 minutes later there was a man at my door. I would definitely use them again.
