RIGHT NOW AIR

After checking all a/c units we realized there was a return filter we had for to clean/exchange. We are using the a/c units to cool the house since it’s getting hot outside. I was able to watch what he was doing while reviewing the units and he would explain the test and results he had just done. He was both professional and personable. Definitely will use them again. We paid 79.00 each unit.

We have been Right Now Air club members for approximately eight years and have one of their heating and AC specialists come out twice a year to check our systems. This visit was no different than any of the others we have had...they have all been exceptional! Their technicians are always prompt, clean, friendly, professional, and easy to understand when making recommendations. Mark has been our technician the last few services and didn't disappoint. We look forward to seeing him and value his top notch work and recommendations. Right Now Air truly makes us feel like we are part of their family!

THE SERVICE TECH WAS RICH. WAS ON TIME, DID THE SERVICE IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE WAS PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY. HAS SERVICED THE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING N THE PAST.

Mark is a great guy who did a great job. Not only would I have him back to do the job next year, I'd have him back for a beer anytime!

A/C /Heater unit went bad at the end of fall as it was getting colder. Right Now Air was the only company I could find to come out on short notice. They did a great job. Had to bring them out again two days later for a bad circuit board controller that caused the first problem, so decided to get on an annual plan with them. So far very happy with their service.

It was fantastic. Jose was considerate, professional, went the extra mile, wore booties in the house, searched long and hard for the hidden (tiny) access point to the attic, which other never found, and also very kindly told me what kind of air filters I needed to regularly replace (my landlords or when I've owned, condo assns, in the past have taken care of that, so replacing air conditioning filters was new to me). Not only did he tell me, he took the extra time to actually replace them for me, which was beyond the scope of tasks for his visit. I had just had a car accident, and when Jose saw that my trash barrels were out by the street he asked whether I needed a hand, in rolling them back into my garage. Incredible! His work seemed thorough, careful, and attentive to detail.He clearly takes pride in his work. Extremely impressed. Top rate.

Excellent service, representative provided options for us to make a choice which would work best for us. I live in Utah and Right Now Air has been our provider since we bought our condo in 2012 in Henderson Nevada. Bob Martin was professional, quick to respond and fair. I am very pleased with this company, their service and the representatives that I have worked with, including the office staff. They are excellent and should be everyone's choice.

Ray was the very best service tech I have ever had. He was thorough, honest, and went beyond what other techs have done, plus explained everything in detail to me before he left. I was VERY impressed. As a bonus, he was very respectful and polite!

Old unit was 15 years old. I had a problem with the heat, but that was the second time this year and I was tired of putting money in the old system not to mention that I had problems with two rooms being too cold in Winter and too hot in Summer. Bob reviewed all options to replace. The installation was quick and clean. The new unit exceeds my expectations and has resolved my heating/cooling problems in the two rooms.

Went well. Mark told me that we will need new HVAC system in the next year or two, but for now cleaning the coils should keep it operational until it is replaced.

EXCELLENT!!! I would not use any refrigeration/heating business other than Right Now Air. First of all Right Now Air is honest. All employees from administration to technicians to office personnel are prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I receive a courtesy phone call the day before and the day of service. The job is always done right. The technicians are truthful regarding my unit. It's almost time to replace my unit. I will definitely use Right Now Air!!!

Everything went very well and without incident. The tech. (Jose) advised us, at the end of the service, that all the parameters were within the required tolerances and everything looked good. "Right Now Air" has always had very qualified technicians and Jose genuinely ranks among the best in the field.

Great. This company appears to hire good, smart and honest folks. You can probably find slightly cheaper HVAC techs but you will get quality and honesty with Right Now. Jose, the repair technician gave us an in-depth briefing with pictures on our blowers and the cost to repair. We chose (based on age) to replace one furnace and AC and simply repair the other. There was no high pressure sales job at all from Jose. The expensive decision to replace was based on my own research. Bob, who oversees new installations responded immediately and gave us a briefing on a new system, costs, pros and cons ($$). I have complete faith in his integrity. The install crew was amazing (Mark, Joey, Shane) - very knowledgeable, polite, clean and honest. Also very efficient.

Excellent. Technicians treat my unit as though it was their own unit being serviced. I would not ever use any one but Right-Now-Air.

They were fine. They were very good with their follow up letting me know they were on their way to come to the house. They gave me a 30-minute call. I don’t know if they were the least expensive, but they did a good job.

I am a member of their Discount Club. It is great program. Right Now Air is trustworthy and dependable. Their technician Bob came for the tune up. His work was excellent. He explained exactly what he did, what he felt the problem was, and what I should be looking out for in the future. It gave my family great comfort and confidence. Bob was extremely knowledgeable and affable. Even my one year old immediately took to him. I could not more highly recommend their service or being a member of their Discount Club.

GREAT..... it always goes great. It is always a positive experience working with the staff at Right Now Air.... I have worked with the Service Manager Bob for many years now and he is definitely a PLUS to the company. The technicians are always pleasant and friendly and most important knowledgeable in what the do. Kevin was my service tech today and has been several times in the past. He is always professional, personable and gets the job done. If you are looking for an A/C company, don't look any further.. . STOP now and call these guys to take care of your A/C & Heating needs.
