They seemed to be very professional and had a lot of confidence in their competence. You can't get the best price unless you pay an extra $180 per unit. I signed up for their for their membership to get the lower

Everything went very well and they were a good company.

Bob Martin arrived at my home on time to give me an estimate. He explained everything that I would receive. The price quoted was higher than another Angies List company but I decided to have this company do the work after getting a high recommendation from a friend. The three installers arrived on time and did a good job. When the job was completed, everything was clean and neat. A new talking thermostat was also installed and explained to me. I'm legally blind and this is a very handy device.

Professional all the way. The price was higher than competitors, but worth it.

The technician's evaluation was extremely thorough. It even included a measurement of the electrical components of the HVAC, including the IMF capacitors. He could easily have sold me three new ones; instead, he recommended that he measure them when he returns to service the HVAC. I appreciated his honesty.

As a follow up to my previous review I received a phone call from the business owner Scott Meyer. Understandably, he was shocked at the low rating from a previous service visit. From the conversation we both agreed that this was a mutual misunderstanding of why the service was requested and how it was performed. The owner was prompt in responding to my complaint and I believe we have a mutual understanding as to how the service visitt went wrong. He has agreed to refund the $89. fe for services. I want to stress that the refund did not prompt my comments. I want to clarify that I have a clearer understanding of services being offered and being open to communication with the service provider. Upon this conversation Right Now Air has made a genuine and concerted effort to resolve all concerns. I am satisfied with the results from our conversation and believe that Right Now Air is worthy of its positive reviews.

I think the two service men did an outstanding job and went far and beyond trying to get the system running. They knew I could not afford a new system at this time and so they tried to at least get the system to provide some heat.

The service man, Michael,arrived promptly. We have two furnaces in the attic, in very cramped spaces. He worked long and hard and was always pleasant and efficient. We were very happy with him and Right Now Air.

It went very well, on time, courteous and effective maintenance on my a/c system. I've been very happy with this company since they first repaired my system when it went out last August.

My A/C failed the first night of the extreme heat wave that rolled into Las Vegas. I was on my way to work so needed to schedule the next morning. Brian showed up on schedule and proceeded to explain how much the repairs might cost but didnt know exactly until he inspected my system. After 10 minutes he showed me a compressor switch that needed replacing and showed me the schedule of pricing plus the advantages of joining their club to receive discounts and other perks. Within 30 minutes the system was back up and cooling the house thank goodness! He inspected the whole system and checked that everything else was ok. Based on Brian's integrity and professionalism I decided to join the club to take advantage of the bi annual checkups and lock in the company as my HVAC service provider. And Michelle in the office was tremendous as well. Very friendly and empathetic of my situation.

First off, let me say that this company's service is excellent! The gal answering the phone and scheduling service is personable and friendly, their response time is excellent and their service tech was clean, neat, knowledgeable & provided outstanding service. The reason for my "B" grade is the pricing. The tech (Brian) properly diagnosed a cracked condenser fan blade. The company prices their repairs on a "flat rate" pricing. He showed me that the flat rate for this repair was going to be $655.00! I just about had a heart attack. I was in the A/C business (albeit over a decade ago) but I still have some idea of costs. I got on the phone with and A/C supplier and was quoted a retail price of $71.57 for the blade I needed. I then got on the phone with Scott, one of the owners of the company and told him that I am aware that he has to pay insurance, medical, gas, rent and misc. overhead but an almost 1000% markup (for parts and labor) was ridiculous! If the tech had the part on his truck it would have been a 20-30 minute repair. It was less than an hour with him even having to go to a supply house for the part. Scott called me back in 5 minutes (as promised) and admitted that even to him the price sounded high. He dubiously stated that he had no knowledge of pricing, that was his partners realm of responsibility. He then reduced the cost to their next lowest "tier" price which was $359.00 Take off my 10% Senior Discount for a final price of $324 for a 1 hour job with a $71.57 part. You do the math.

My wife and I went out of town for 4 days and I thought it was a good idea to turn off the AC (in June) to save some cash. When we came back the downstairs AC worked but the top 2 floors didn't (only the fan mode) as it only went down 3 degrees (from 91 to 89) in over an hour. I looked up this company on angie's list tonight as my wife insisted that I find a 24/hour service to get the AC working tonight, Right Now Air had an answering service that took my information and gave it to their on call technician. Within 10 minutes later their tech called (about 5 minutes to 10pm) and I re-explained the situation and that we needed 24 hour emergency service. We're in a new home (just few months over 2 years) and the AC units are more than likely good and they are high quality units. The thermostats show low battery but that's the only indication of anything wrong other than them not turning on (for the upstairs units). After explaining all this the tech denied service because we were not "CLUB" members. He said they only come out up to 10pm (how convenient) for non club members and only for members after that. I asked if I could sign up to be a member now so he could come out and he laughed at me and said they don't run business that way. I thanked him for his time and hung up after we were done. So long in short, that is complete unprofessional nonsense to do this to Nevada citizens. I don't care what business program you're running.. if you claim 24 hour emergency service then it better be REAL 24 hour emergency service. I even offered to become a member right on the spot because we needed help, yet I'm given a "Oh we don't do business that way" excuse. God forbid if this would have happened in August or beginning of September when it's usually the hottest in Las Vegas at 115 to 120 degrees. Shame on this company. I will not use them and I will let everyone of my local family, friends, and thousands of readers (I blog) know about this. Shame on RIGHT NOW AIR!

It was a very good experience and I was extremely happy. They were very thorough and gave a very detailed report on my heater. He was able to discover the problem and change the capacitor in the same visit without having to come back.

I have been having problems with my furnace since it was installed (brand new) 2 years ago. The company that installed it would no longer work on it. I called Right Now Air and they promptly came out. Although I had to have them out here 3 times, the problem was fixed.

8:00 at night, I heard a horrible screeching noise from an A/C unit. I called Right Now Air and got their 24 hour call center. I got a call from the technician within 10 min and then he was at my house within a half hour. He figured out the problem right away and stayed until 1 AM to fix it. He was pleasant, professional, took the time to explain the problem to me. Fabulous service!!!

Brian and Jason were prompt and professional. I felt a little pressured to spend more money than I anticipated. The up-sell also made me uncomfortable. Maybe it was because Brian was nervous because I think he was new to the company.

Professional, fair, prompt, knowledgable. Highly highly recommended. Most all other companies couldn't fit me in. Right now did. They mean "Right now".

Josh explained the different types of systems and indicated which might be best for our condo. Did not push us to buy something we did not need or could not afford. The crew to install the system were here within a few days. Ken, Steve and Jacob were punctual, courteous and did their work with a minimum of disruption to our routine. They finished their work an hour earlier than estimated and left our garage cleaner than when they had arrived. All in all a good experience. We would be happy to recommend them.

went well ... it still works almost 1 year later

As I stated everyting went very well.

Bob from Right Now Air came out to check our system and to give us an estimate for installing a new package unit in our manufactured home. After a lengthy inspection he explained that the duct work in our home was too small for the unit that was currently installed and furthermore that the home itself was not meant to be sold in NV. They could not install the size unit meant for the duct work without our being dissatisfied and with them being unhappy with the job they had done.

We got really good financing from them (0 interest for the first 12 months) They sold us a good product, we really got our money's worth. It was one of the hottest days of the year when it broke and they came out that day to fix it. The experience was so good that years later I still remember it. I would highly recommend them.

They were upfront. They were clear and did pressure at all.
