+ 0 moreThey had to come out a couple of times to fix the leak as we were still experiencing the leak after the work had been completed. They ended up caulking the connection between the awning which prevented the leak. They were very responsive and nice to deal with considering they had to come out several times. They came out as many times as needed to ensure the leak was repaired. I was very pleased with their service.

+ -1 moreIt was ok. I was satisfied. He took care of what he needed to take care of. It was good. The guy who came over was real good. He gave me an estimate and wasn't pushy or nothing. He did the work when I wasn't here. I checked it out and it was descent. He had a good price. He did what he said he was going to do and just did it. I was pleased. I was pleased with it. They sent my receipt in the mail and that was good.
Description of Work: I used Rick's Roofing to repair some damage to my roof caused by high winds.

+ -1 moreCalled Roofing Experts to give ma a bid for replacing a portion of the roof. I was contacted by Rick at Ricks Roofing, not the company I contacted. Would not ever call again and very unprofessional. Did not follow up or submit a bid. A waste of my time.
