+ -1 moreRichmond American Homes impressed with us in how well they followed up with me. They had a wonderful customer service department that was easy to deal with. They did have some minor repairs to do. However, they responded to my request to do the repairs quickly. They did have a good choice of styles to choose from.
Description of Work: They built my one story 3000 square foot track home in a gated community.

+ -1 moreWe love our new home. Nevertheless, we have had several problems which they've been slow to address. For example we needed a door replaced because of a leak, and some rain gutters needing installation. Other than these few issues, we're satisfied.
Description of Work: Richmond American built our home with 1195 square feet.

+ -1 moreRichmond American Homes did a very poor job on our home. They replaced our front door four times and there is still a gap underneath the door. The windows don't fit properly as air leaks in, the bathroom sink is cracking and they already had to replace the bath tub. When you buy a home you expect it to be nice and we feel that this home is junk and the people that built it were very incompetent. We wish we would have chosen a different builder for our home.
Description of Work: They built our fourteen hundred square foot two story home.
