RHINOS TURF EQUIPMENT

Was complimented on like new condition of a 14 month old mower. Told it would take two weeks to repair. I mentioned the warranty and they told me they would check with Toro and let me know. Ten days later I called to find that they were charging me 30 dollars because Toro would not approve the warranty repair because of rust INSIDE the wheel. There is no user access to the inside of the wheel. I don't believe they even talked to Toro since it was such a small job. When I picked up the mower, it was completely covered with grease and dirt looking more like a ten year old mower. I paid the $30.00, but left very unhappy.

It went poorly. I asked to be called before any work, other than warranty, was performed. This is after they took copies of all the applicable receipt and warranty paperwork to insure that it qualified for warranty work. Then two days past, so I call to see about the progress, that is when we had to correct (I thought) my contact information. Then on the 4th day I called again to learn that it was ready (since they never corrected my number) and they were charging me $39 for their labor to look at it and flush the gas/change the oil. I was disappointed and told them so, so they knocked it down to $32.70, but I am still disappointed since they were not supposed to perform any non-warranty work without my authorization.
