After a bad experience with a roofer previously, I tried once again. This time receiving several bids on repairing a leaky roof. Rhino was the most expensive by far, more than 2.5 times higher than the lowest bid. But I chose them because their estimator was very thorough in describing the problem, showing me cellphone photos of the situation, and their written follow up bid was detailed as to what they proposed as the fix. The work which covered 500 sq. ft. of underlying cover and tile replacement was done in one day by one laborer. Jose was very professional and diligent. Started at 8 a.m and finished a little after 4 p.m. I waited for a rainstorm before submitting this review and am pleased to report that the work was everything I had hoped it would be. Finally, we are dry inside.

Had to have the roof repaired in a couple different places, plus maintenance tile replacements. They worked with me around having to have the roof a/c units replaced. Did a great job!

They were able to meet my schedule, performed the work quickly, and cleaned up nicely. Of course it has not rained yet so cannot be sure there is no more leak, but it is guaranteed.

I was impressed withKevin Hughes the estimator, hecalled to let me know he was on his way and was very professional. The workers didn't want to do more than 20 minutes worth of work. For the almost $800 I paid I was disappointed. I even supplied the 10 tiles that they replaced. They were going to leave with tiles that were misaligned and not even secured I can only imagine what the parts of the roof I cannot see look like. I called Kevin and he had them come back out to seal around the chimney which the workers didn't want to do the first time around. My husband is suffering from dementia and I am 65 yearsold and I am really sick of being ripped off by Las Vegas contractors.

Too expensive, staff too opinionated, complaint too much.

Second to none! Was selling my house it needed desperately entire roof replacement as the home is 55 years old. My realtor has a roofing contractor she likes to work with, she called her guy and I called Juan. So grateful I did, Juan is a true professional and I could never give Juan and Rhino Roofing enough stars. BTW, the realtors guy, his estimate was insanely high.Thank you.

As a 26yr Air Force Veteran: When I hire a company for any project I expect & demand Promptness, Integrity and a commitment to get the job done right. Rhino Roofing exceeded my expectations. Their commitment to getting the job done correctly was unmatched. Because of the efforts of ("D" - their secretary - she provided the answers and results to keep the project on course) and the Herculean efforts of Mr. Kevin Hughes who generously and tirelessly worked overtime to see this project to it's successful conclusion. My only complaint is we didn't know what day they would show up. We are very happy with their work and their crew cleaned everything up once the job was complete. I would definitely recommend this company.

Just as a senior you have to be diligent, and do your research. These companies need to have a good follow up, and timely customer care. work and customer service is OK

Received a great project quote. Now awaiting our insurance adjuster to review and approve work start.

After we accepted their quote it took two months of them not calling me back to get someone out to fix the leak. Then when the leak recurred in the same spot it took another month to get them to fix it and it is still not fixed right! They never call you back when they say they are going to and they never show up when they say they are going to.

Provided a timely estimate for cement tile roof repair and started the job right away. Roof repairs were very good and cleanup was good. Juan was was very responsive and knowledgeable. Their office was friendly and responsive on the phone.

They gave me a good quote and explaiNed they were 2 weeks booked up. After getting estate lawyers ok, I let them know I needed it done. As the job was not a very large job and there was a big storm heading into the area, that came out a did the job right then and there. Saved any more damage that might have occurred. Just 4 days prior, it rained for 2 days and it was a mess. Really stepped up and went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Rhino Roofing. I know that is what you do, but you guys did it with speed,professionalism and care for the customer.
