My experience with rhino was excellent. Made mine appt for Friday told him that I work 8-5 so he said he could come by after five then 20 mins later he call me back and say how about I come in the am 6:30 am which was perfect. He was on time gave me a quote on how much it would cost to fix three area on my roof. I agreed on the price I thought he would leave and then come back to do the job he said no he has everything thing is his trunk to make the repairs which was great took before and after pic so I could see what he had repaired

Said they would be at my house to do the repair at 8:00am, and they showed up at 8:00am. They did the repair in about an hour, very pleased with their customer service and punctuality.
