They are professional, and if you don't want to leave the house, they are perfect for you. If you want to save yourself 50 percent, go to the hardware store and order your window, just make sure you measure it 3x first.

Technicians were knowledgable and professional. There were no surprises in terms of estimate vs. final result. Job was done on time and they followed up to make sure we were satisfied.

I also got my tax credit. They were excellent. They told me who was going to install it. I watched them when they were doing it. That guy is a craftsman. It’s all oak and has a weather material on the outside. That guy was a magician; it’s a great door. It was expensive, but you can’t buy this in a store. They are a good company. They were great people. The guy who installed it was here for 11 hours all by himself. If I can afford another window, then I would definitely use their services again.

On May 25, we contracted to have our windows replaced. The salesman gave us an estimate of the 2nd week of July for installation. I downgraded "punctuality" because the windows were not ready to be installed until August. Apparently, there was a manufacturing delay on the door. The installation was scheduled for August 9 and the installers arrived right on time. The installation had originally been estimated to take two days, but with an additional hour's work they got it done in one day. Everyone we worked with was friendly, polite, and professional. I would recommend Sun City replacement without hesitation.

The installation itself is not faulty. It's the closing mechanism done at the factory.

I felt that they should have given me a fair price up front. While we were waiting for a hoha approval, the vendor cut the price in half.

The windows were expensive but you get what you pay for. We don’t have a single complaint. They had all kinds of sales going so we got a discount.

They were great. In fact, we didn't bother to call the heating & cooling company back instead we put the money into getting new windows for our house. They came in January to measure, then they had to have the windows cut to fit and then they came back in March to install it. They were fast, didn’t make any mess and did a great job. The windows have been really good. They were higher than normal in terms of price but they were better. I would use them in future if needed.

The work went very well. I was very pleased with them. I wanted the Andersen product and I was very pleased with the sales staff. Their workmen were great and their follow-up was very good. I think the price was fair for an Andersen product, although it was fairly expensive as far as windows go.

My explanation above is my entire experience.

I am in the process of a major remodeling project for my home, and I called for an estimate to have a large window replaced with an exterior door. I never received the bid because they refused to come to my home without my husband present. When I responded that I felt this policy was sexist and insulting, their response was that it wasn't their intent to be sexist, but that their salesperson's time was very valuable and they didn't have time to repeat information given in their initial 90 minute presentation if my husband had questions later. That wouldn't have been an issue for us because I have a construction background and make all of these kinds of decisions for our family. Yet, that said, I don't know which is worse, that they may have sexist policies or that they can't be bothered to thoroughly answer your questions before locking you into a contract. In any case, BEWARE! Women, let's send our business to companies that recognize we are competent, independent decision makers!

Very impressed with all phases of the job. Salesman was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, service personnel were on time, knowledgeable, & professional. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone contemplating window replacement. Price seemed high, but the quality of the windows proved the purchase was a good one.

From the start when Joe Altree came out and went over the details of what we wanted to have done, our experience was just great. Everything that he said with regard to the quality of the windows and the ease of the installation and the subsequent clean up was 100% accurate. The estimator and workers were always on time. We are so pleased with our new windows. This was a job that Home Depot turned down. Joe and Sun City Windows made it very simple. They are the BEST!!!

Sun City Replacement Windows did a great job of installing our windows. The windows open and close properly and everything fits tight. They were on time and I really liked the people they sent out. They used high quality products and I was very satisfied with their work.

We had these windows installed in front of our house where the sun is extremely intense. They did the work in a few hours. Although they were expensive, we are very pleased with the results. We weren't in the mood to shop around or haggle, and they came recommended, so we went along with the price.

The workmen arrived exactly at eight, as they said they would. The four man crew, finished the whole job in one day, and went through some basic testing to be assured the windows maintained a tight seal. After the job was done, the whole main floor was cleaned and vacuumed. All the old windows were taken away. We have noticed a major decrease in our energy bills; we should have done this years ago.
