the sales person was extremely helpful from day one, as well as the construction staff. all promises were kept and they built my pool in time with out any problems. I shopped around at concrete and fiberglass companies and found that the ceramic was a much better product on top of the fact that the staff was so helpful in answering my questions. my pool is so easy to take care of. I use less chemicals and never have to scrub it or drain it. I couldn't be happier. Overall they are a great company.

The foreman who ran my project, Chuck, was polite and professional. He kept his word on everything- promises from dates things would be completed to permits signed, etc. My pool was completed a week sooner than promised with no issues or problems. Renaissance Pools has stood behind their product and lived up to their lifetime warranty promise. I had an issue in 2005 with a broken pipe. I called Renaissance and a worker was there the next day and fixed the pipe. Excellent service. I have since moved and bought a new home. I have already contracted with Renaissance to do my pool at my new house.

The crew always arrived prompt, and tried their best to keep the work site as orderly and clean as possible during the construction. Our only complaint is that there were a few problems with some of the contractors which extended the completion date about two months. The end result is exactly what were hoping for, and the pool, and the surrounding area makes the back of our house, look much better.

Renaissance Pools & Spas had great communication with us. They always made sure and tell us what time to expect them. They had 60 days to complete the work and I think they had it done in about 35. The work was quality and the materials used were very good. We have had no problems with the pumps on anything. There were always polite.

Renaissance Pools & Spas was recommended to us by our home builder and we got just what we wanted. We felt that the craftsmanship really stood out as the additional accessories really makes it be ours. We thought that they used the best products and were happy that we got something we could enjoy from the very first day.
