Description of Work: The realtor we dealt with was Ginger Lynn Jones. I had contacted over 30 real estate agents in an effort to find a rental home. No one responded! I called Mrs. Jones at 9 am on Saturday March 31, she called me back within 30 minutes and offered to show my husband and I the house within the hour. She was extremely professional and straightforward. She is an amazing agent who provides excellent customer service and listens to the client. We are planning on buying a house within a year and are definitely going to use her as a buyer's agent. She is also a seller's agent and property manager.

+ -1 moreIf an Agent tells you "The costs to repair home issues will be no more than $300", be very, very cautious! You will end up spending many times that estimate! Also, if an Agent has their own "team" of people to "upgrade" the home, again, be very, very careful. You will end up spending way more than you intended i.e. $20,000 more. If promises are made, have the Agent put it in writing with a promise to reduce their commission if the "estimates" go beyond 10% more than promised. Also, if they have a "handyman" that will do repairs very reasonably.....it won't happen. We got conned by the agent's handyman who asked for $1000's for work done, WITHOUT EVEN ONE RECEIPT OR EVEN AN INVOICE! Best way to buy a house is buy just the house and don't enter into any additional agreements with the agent. They are just agents, leave it at that! If you want repairs done or upgrades, look at Angie's list for reputable people.
Description of Work: Realtor made promise that after a home inspection identified some needed repairs, the costs of those repairs would be no more than $300 to the fix. The Agent also brought in their own team of people to make "upgrades" to the house.
