HE BUYS USED PRODUCTS FROM THE HABITAT FROM HUMANITY STORE AND CRAIGSLIST AND TRIED TO PUT THEM IN MY ADDITION! THE WINDOWS HE USED WERE MOST LIKELY STOLLEN FROM A CONSTRUCTION SITE AS THE ADDRESS WAS FOR A KB HOME. HE TALKS DOWN TO YOU. HIS WORK IS TERRIBLE! MY CLOSET SHELVES ARE MADE WITH PLYWOOD! BASEBOARDS WERE NOT PAINTED PROPERLY, TERRIBLE CONSTRUCTION IN THE BATHROOM. HE USES DAY LABORERS WHENEVER POSSIBLE. YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS IF YOU CHOOSE HIM! HE ALSO OWNS PMI NEVADA.

Reliable was the low bidder and also estimated the shortest completion time. The project started on time and continued with minimal problems. The contractor, Jeffrey Stromberg, was on the site every day overseeing his crew, and available to answer my questions and resolve my concerns. Mr. Stromberg is very creative and because of that, the addition has many wonderful features that neither the architect nor I conceived of. It took under five months from turning the first shovel of dirt to final approval by the City inspector. There were no cost overruns, the project cost remained within the original bid. I would strongly recommend this company and this contractor to anyone doing a remodel or room addition.
