Went well and would suggest you get in writing how many inches of insulation is blown in as expected thicker coverage but cannot complain from what I see and not sure what is considered adequate. Would recommend them.

There were areas that were really low, but I called them up and they came back and filled it in. It was frustrating to have to do that because of someone cutting corners. They were very good about coming back out, they didn't make a fuss about it.

Their truck arrived on time. They set up quickly and added about 350 square feet of blown-in insulation to our attic space, increasing the depth of the insulation to about 14 inches. It took less than an hour. They cleaned up thoroughly before they left. They were professional and efficient and we would hire them again.

While I was Very impressed with Rebecca and her knowledge and punctuality, I was turned off by her pushing Spray reflective coating on the inside of my attic, her price was higher then some other estimates, and she offered no tax / energy incentives, but was very up front about it. I wanted a full energy audit done, on the house, which she said her 'associate' would do it. The 'associate' was another company which she hires from time to time, and they where terrible. For my $500 (which I refused to pay) The company sealed up the vents with cardboard, and attached a fan to the door and took readings, They did not have any equipment to look at heat leaks (not even a digital thermostat) never checked the Air conditioner and casually said I should seal up the cracks between the vent and the ceiling with expanding foam. That was the depth of my 'energy audit' I complained to her, and she said and quot;Oh I didn't know you wanted THAT type of energy audit, I can have that done for $500and quot; End of relationship. The crew arrived on time. They placed plastic drop cloths in driveway and on floor. They worked efficiently and clean up after themselves. They took about 31/2 hours to do the work. After they left I turned on the air conditioning only to discover a small amount of insulation blowing out of two verts. I contacted Rebecca. The crew returned and made a good attempt to fix the problem. I had a problem with a loose connection to a duct juction box that required a heating and cooling specialist to repair-no fault of Red Rock Insulation. It went unnoticed until there was the proper amount of insulation around the thing.

I spent about $1900 on that service. They did the work well. They drilled holes in my garage ceiling that they just left that they told me they would do, but they were a little bigger than I thought they would be. I was a little disappointed with that, but overall they did a good job.

Rebecca came out for the estimate. She was knowledgable and professional. I got an estimate later the same day via e-mail. I faxed back a signed request for the work to be done and scheduled for a week later (after Thanksgiving). The 4 guys showed up on time and took the time expected (2 1/2 hours) to do all the work. I have 2 attic accesses. They used the one just inside the garage in the laundry room. That worked well because it kept the insulation and debris completely out of the house. When finished, they swept up the garage and laundry room. There was some residual insulation pieces in the driveway and one of the workers had showed up with shoes covered in drywall mud that tracked in front of my driveway, but this was minor. I climbed up in the attic when they said they were done. It looked good and there seemed to be more insulation that I was expecting, but I didn't get a measure out. I had put batts down in part of the attic and wasn't expecting to have insulation blown on top of them, but they did, so I think I got more than I expected. I got billed about a week later for the amount I was expecting. It included paperwork for the utility rebate and releases for the individual workers liens (never seen that before). Overall, a very good job.

They arrived early,covered the floor with plastic, went into the attic and covered the area surrounding the opening, brought in the tubing and added insulation in the areas requested in the proposal. The work was done in a timely manner and they left the area in the condition it was in when they arrived.

I called them to see if they would evaluate our insulation and install more if needed. It took about 4 weeks for them to get back to me and then they gave me an estimate without looking at the house or job. I wasn't impressed and didn't use them.

Red Rock Insulation did a very good job insulating our home. They worked very quickly and they didn't leave any mess behind. The people we dealt with were very nice and we were definitely very happy with this company.
