Description of Work: They provided heating maintenance and an estimate for a new system. Of the 2 bids received, theirs was the most detailed. They were very thorough and did not push to sell the whole system. I will use them again.

+ -1 moreRebel Air Conditioning & Heating 2630 S. Highland Dr Las Vegas, NV 89109 702-734-7750 Excellent company! Terrific service! Prompt and Professional! On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 12!!!!! They came out and serviced my heating units and prepared them for the cold season. One of the furnaces turns itself off for a couple of minutes during each cylce. He replaced the flame sensor, but that did not cure the problem. He checked and rechecked the entire system and suspects that it is a gas valve problem. I did not want to go to the expense of replacing a valve, as the unit is 12 years old and will be replaced in the near future. The service technician explained all the options and did not pressure me to do anything. He also did not charge me for today's visit. Wow, can you believe it? As I am retired and live alone, it is reassuring to know that I am not being ripped off or taken advantage of. I have decided to wait until the furnace has a problem before I replace it. Who knows, it may last another year. And hopefully, I may last another year too! Nevertheless, I will use Rebel for all my heating and air conditioning needs in the future and will refer my friends and neighbors as well. You will not go wrong with this company.
Description of Work: It was time for my annual inspection and servicing for my heating systems. I was referred to Rebel by the gas company last year when I had a problem with another vendor. The gas company gave me a list of providers and Rebel was one of them. They responded promptly when I called and came out the same day. (even though it was not an emergency). The serviceman, Dave was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and how long it would take. When he came into the house, he was very careful not to soil anything and cleaned up after himself. A minor repair was recommended, so I scheduled another visit for the repair. Today was that visit. Dave spent an hour and a half working on the problem and trouble shooting from every aspect. The bottom line is that the unit is 12 years old and will need replaced soon. There was no pressure to purchase the system today, but he did explain a current promotion if I wanted to consider it. In the meantime, Dave said the furnace was safe to operate. It was just not operating at peak performance and effifiency. I signed up for their club membership, which saved me money from the get go. I am so very pleased with the service and assistance of the Rebel company. I would highly recommend them for all heating and air conditioning needs. This is truly a triple A company and a pleasure to do business with. There are so many scam artists out there today, but Rebel is not one of them. A major thanks to Angie's List for making it possible to find great companies!!!

+ -1 moreon time on price and joined their club to get bi-annual check up plus discount on parts and front of the line service call if needed.
Description of Work: ac stopped cooling, they came out on time. did 14 point check up and found bad resistor. replaced it and everything is working perfect.
