Description of Work: Our shower and tub were removed. Where the tub was is now where a larger (depth and width) shower is, and a cabinet replaced where the old shower was.

Description of Work: We had no services performed. We were greatly disappointed with the presentation. When we were told the price and the terms, we said that it was beyond our budget, then began the hard sell. First wit a senior citizen discount, which was not mentioned before, when it was still too high, then a proposal that a unit that had been used in a demonstration might be available if we sign an agreement immediately. We knew at this point we were not going to do business with this company under any conditions.
