Raysco Inc. has been an outstanding service provider in the Las Vegas area for 16 years. Raysco has punctual staff, excellent customer service and they do high quality work for an extremely fair price.
I scheduled with them a week in advance and they gave me an estimate over the phone. They called me back to see if I could change the time or day of service. When I told them I could not, they arranged to keep the service as scheduled initially. The workmen showed up exactly on time and did not try to upsell me. We added a room and carpet protector to the estimate at my request. One person worked on the bedroom and one worked on the stairs and hallway. They were very professional and finished in an hour and a half. Before they left they cleaned the tile floor of footprints. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional company that does a very good job.
Description of Work: I had Raysco come out to clean carpets in my bedroom, stairs and hall.

I needed my very porous grout deep cleaned, and the grout cleaned and re-sealed. The flooring is over 10 years old and was never cleaned more than mopped. I didn't want someone to use just chemicals but with steam as well to loosen up the ground in dirt. The person at the office was so informative and patient with explaining to me the procedures and what they do. I slightly under estimated the square footage to be worked on and they still kept the original estimate price. The difference in appearance of my floor was amazing. I was so pleased with the results and plan on having them come out again for a 6+ month upkeep.
Description of Work: They power cleaned my very porous tile and grout, then re-sealed the grout.

I had used Raysco previously to steam clean the carpets in a rental house when I moved out. They did such an excellent job that I used the company again to steam clean a used couch after I bought it.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned a used couch I had just bought.

This will be a luke-warm review, as we okay with the areas Raysco actually managed to clean, but very disappointed with the overall experience. We won't be using this company again or referring them to anyone, even though we were referred to them through our Realtor. The Bad: The Raysco techs arrived an HOUR AND A HALF LATE because the sales rep who took my order did not correctly take down my street address or zip code. They called to let me know they'd be a half-hour late and when they called a half-hour later, the tech was surprised to learn he was on the other side of Henderson from where we live. He tried to make it sound like it was my fault, but Robert took down my address wrong. The techs ended up being an hour and a half late, which really messed up my schedule later in the day. Not the best first impression, but an understandable misunderstanding. I explained to them that I work from home in an office area quite near where they would be working, but they seemed unconcerned about my work as they proceeded to have hours long conversations over their already loud equipment. I also have two cats. They did not give me the opportunity to herd my cats into the office before they propped open the front door and started working. I had to go upstairs to and quot;rescueand quot; a very scared kitty mid-way through the job and they didn't bother to stop when I came down the stairs with an obviously distressed animal that was trying to claw my arms off to get away from their machine. But those sorts of things happen. Here's what happened that SHOULD NOT have ever happened. The techs had no idea how much my job was supposed to cost and I refused to sign anything more than the price I was quoted. Once we got through that, they started the job and all of the above mentioned occurred. When they were finished, I went through the areas to inspect. One whole closet in the hallway was still incredibly dirty and it was obvious they did not clean it. I used a Lysol wipe and swiped one square to tile to show the main tech that they missed the closet. He looked at me point blank in the face and said and quot;Oh, no, we definitely cleaned that closet.and quot; Because of this, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and assumed that perhaps their machine got turned off on that square and deposited a bit. My mistake. Everything else looked great, so they left. After they left, I walked through the house in my bare feet. The clean tile felt so good! Later that night, I had to go into the aforementioned closet and I suddenly felt the difference on my feet. I was definitely NOT clean. I got down on my hands and knees to make a video of how filthy it was. Not only did they not do the complete job they were paid to do, they lied to me about it. I wasn't very happy. Then, I began to find areas that weren't clean around corners and door facings. And then I found where they splashed the dirty tile water all over my real wood furniture in the living room and didn't bother to wipe it off. Then I found damage to the outside of our house where they had their machines plugged in to an outside outlet. But, the job was done and I certainly didn't want them to come back, so I held my peace … until we received a survey in the mail from Raysco. I wrote Robert an email detailing all of this. He wrote me back to apologize, told me they'd do whatever necessary to make us happy and to please send photos. After he got the photos, I got a short, curt email telling me that there was no way possible his techs caused the outside damage. That was it. No more offers to make anything right, discounts for future service. NOTHING. He basically called me a liar and I haven't heard from them since. The Good: Raysco gave us a good discount for going through our Realtor and having the grout in our tile sealed the same day (except they sealed in dirt), as well as having two pieces of living room furniture cleaned. The tile areas the team cleaned look good. Our sofa and chaise lounge look new again. * UPDATE: I NEVER, ever gave them a glowing review. They must have done damage to someone else's house and have me confused because I threw their review form in the trash can after the bad follow-up experience with Robert. They are unresponsive and unprofessional. How did they run their machines if they weren't plugged in to electric outlets? I was home the entire time and they were in fact plugged in to our outdoor outlets on the front porch. They had access to every outlet, every room, every area of my house except the back yard. I managed to fix the damage myself, thanks very much. That doesn't fix my vintage card catalog they nicked or the fact that I spent HOURS on my hands and knees cleaning up the mess they left on my furniture and baseboards after I paid them $600 to clean, not to mention cleaning the closet their techs lied about cleaning. This is not a slanted review and as someone who is a marketing professional, you do NOT respond to a negative review by blaming the customer, RAYSO. Very bad form.
Description of Work: Sofa and chaise lounge cleaning (great job) Tile floor cleaning (fair job, but left many dirty areas and splashed onto wood furniture) Damaged front of house with power cords; unwilling to fix. Damaged piece of furniture. Left messy splatter all over furniture, walls and baseboards.

Very disturbing, slanted review from a customer who attempted to blame Raysco Inc. for damage to her EXTERIOR stucco. The damage was in an area our technicians did not even have access to. We also have her returned review with nothing but a glowing recommendation until we refused to repair the stucco damage.

Our house is about 6000 sq. ft. and it was a lot of work. They did a great job. They had a lady come out the day before to give me an estimate. They could have probably done it over the phone, but this house is so big, they wanted to make sure that they could be as accurate as they could be, which they were. Their estimate was pretty much what I was charged. They do add discounts for bundling. They were very professional and on time. They did the job fairly quick. They came on a Saturday and it took time, that's because of the size of the house. Overall, I was pleased. The reason we called them was because my husband had won a gift certificate in a golf tournament and we used that. I will call then again when I need their services.
Description of Work: I used the services of Raysco Inc. They cleaned the carpet and scotchguarded it. They cleaned all the tile floors and they sealed the kitchen tile floor. They got rid of things on my carpet that I was not able to rid off and also cleaned an area where my cat had sprayed. I think they do air duct cleaning, granite cleaning and sealing, and other things too.

The company was able to book my appointment the very week I called. My detailed questions were answered directly by the owner when I left a message at the office. The technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently and methodically moving vent to vent through my condo. (I had the my vents readily accessable before their arrival. My furniture/fixtures were not moved by the technicians.) A note to clients: the high pressure air used to clean the individual vents does cause a mess. The technicians cleaned up after themselves, but I am very "dust concious" and "detail oriented" so I did go back over the areas under the vents with my vaccuum hose and crevice attachment to ensure all the debris was gone. I am very glad I had this service performed. I truly feel like my home has less dust "floating around." (I'm not sure the air ducts in the unit have ever been cleaned since it was build in 1998.) As an allergy sufferer, I reccommend this company and this service to those who are doing their best to control their asthma and allergy symptoms.
Description of Work: In an effort to control my allergy symptoms, I decided to have my air ducts cleaned in my 2nd floor condo. I have one thermostat in my home (which is approximately 1,500 square feet) with high vaulted ceilings, however my vents are at a wall height that could be reached with a 5 ft ladder. The technicians used reverse suction to pull out dust particles through my largest & easiest to access vent in my kitchen ceiling. Every other vent was removed and stuffed with heavy foam cubes. One by one the two technicians cleaned each vent using high pressure air to dislodge dust and debris all while the reverse suction was going in the kitchen. The whole process took less than 3 hours.
