+ -1 moreThey never finished the job and I couldn't get them back and it was a very bad experience because I paid them upfront. I called them a couple times and they said let them get back to me or this is a bad time right now and can I give you call back. They never called back and I never got any answers. So it was a bad experience. They got the basic installation right. When they showed up they were on time.
Description of Work: I used Rainbow air conditioning to replace an air conditioning unit.

+ -1 moreExcellent. Ask for Mike or Mike - small joke - they service three units for me on two residential homes and the last time they sent two trucks both guys were Mike.
Description of Work: Repaired A/C by replacing fan motor. This is an A/C unit installed on the home in 1963 and Rainbow has kept it running for the past 20+ years. UNBELIEVABLE! Some of the staff have been there since I called them 20 years ago. Same people, same good service.
