R T HEATING & COOLING ELECTRICAL

When I called it was early one cold morning and one of the owners (Theresa) answered the call. It was a pretty panicky situation as I had called several companies prior without any favorable results. A technician was dispatched to my home, he fixed the electrical problem and then we made plans to replace the entire bad unit. The new unit was installed on time the total came in just under the estimate. Since then I've called on only them to handle all my HVAC and electrical problems. The office staff (Artis) is very kind and knowledgeable and able to navigate the most minor details.

R & T Martin were very informative and explained everything that they were going to do. They did a wonderful job and for us and were very friendly. We were very happy with the guys that they sent out and everything is working properly.

My air conditioner wasn't keeping the house cool anymore, we called R T Heating & Cooling to examine the unit. The service man was very thorough in his diagnoses, we needed one of the motors replaced and he removed the old motor to install the new one very efficiently. A few days later, he returned as we had a vibration in the system and took care of this at no charge. The service people are very knowledgeable, professional and everything is going well with our system since we had the new motor installed.
