They are fabulous and their chemicals are safe for our dog. They always call before the day they’re coming and are very accommodating with scheduling. They are a fabulous company to work with.

We have been a residential customer since 2010. We have monthly pest control treatments and are very satisfied with the service. K.C. is our tech. He calls in advance of his arrival and, when necessary, calls to reschedule the date of treatment. He goes above and beyond to provide extra service. Jim, Joe and the team are professional and friendly. We highly recommend R and C Pest Control.

Their prices are reasonable. I had to call them back a couple of times to make sure that they were responsive to each time they come out. The lady who lived in the house earlier must have not used any pest control. So when we moved in, there were plenty of roaches. Apparently roaches are of a bigger problem here than I realized. I don't know enough about expectations. They do a reasonable good job. A couple of times I asked them to come back because we had seen roaches inside the house in between springs. I guess that's normal out here. I can't say that I'm ecstatic with them but it's not like it's such a problem. My wife does not like cockroaches and we just had them under control back where we lived. It's more problematic here. We haven't seen a downward trend. It keeps varying and I don't know if it's the weather or what. Whenever I called them to come back, they were responsive. They were always timely. They know that on the last Monday of every month they are going to be here. Their price was okay. I checked with a few other people and they were all about the same price. We will use their services again in the future.

Joe was prompt on the scheduled date of service, professional in his appearance and friendly. He treated (sprayed) all areas of the house and provided additional service by placing glue traps inside the garage, We recommend this company for pest control.
