Quick Laptop Repair

On Mar 2011, I end up buying a computer from this sales man off 9400 S. Eastern Ave, Henderson, NV. he didn't speak clear English, somewhere from overseas. I learned their corporate office is in Lake City, FL. He sold me a lemon which he charged me between $350-380 where I could have bought a new one for that price. I had problems with the keyboard and I told this salesman about it and he said there is nothing wrong with the computer. Till this day I have problems with the keyboard. What it would do, delete my whole line typed message, delete the whole page and take me somewhere else, or lose my information altogether. It's pretty frustrating when you spent that much for a piece of junk. Now, I regret buying it from him. He is somewhat argumentative proving our errors, not his. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and their corporate office, located in Lake City, FL, has an F.
