Quality Garage Doors

My garage door came off the track the other day and my whole garage door was pulled to one side and I could not open or close it. I called American Home Shield and they dispatched Quality Garage Door to fix the problem. Their tech Ryan showed up on time and assured me it would be an easy fix. He had the garage door back on track in less than 30 minutes. For the past few years my door had randomly gone up and down when you tried to open or close. I had 3 techs look at it over this time frame and no one ever could come up with a fix. I was beginning to think my garage door had a Gremlin in it. Luckily for me it displayed its erratic behavior in front of him and right away he said the circuit board was bad. Ryan replaced the board and other components with a new set and my door is working great. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

RICK DID A GREAT JOB. COULD HAVE CHARGED ME FOR TWO DOORS, BUT ONLY CHARGED ONE SERVICE FEE. I THOUGHT THE CHARGE WAS PER DOOR AND OFFERED TO PAY THAT. HE WAS HONEST AND ONLY TOOK $75 FOR LABOR. OTHER COMPANIES WANTED OVER $100 A DOOR. DID THE WORK COMPLETELY AND QUICKLY. CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH.

It was good and complete. They recommended improvements so that the door didn’t break again. I think they do a good job of recommending what needs to be done.

They needed to do some adjustments and they came back out to take care of it and now everything is working. They made sure we were satisfied.

Rick Holman came to my condo complex with the proper identification in a very prompt time frame. He was polite, clean, well spoken and fixed the problem quickly. He then gave me an estimate for the repair of the damaged outside garage door panel. He gave me suggestions on the simple annual maintenance I can do myself. He was thorough, efficient and a great representative for Quality Garage Doors! I was very pleased!

I expected to have to replace the door, as it is not new and not very good quality. Their tech had it all done in less than 1/2 hour, and about $350 LESS than I expected. They did not try to take advantage of me or sell me anything. This is the third company that I have used here and definitely the only one I will use in the future.

Quality Garage Doors conducted themselves in a professional manner, and I was very pleased with their service. They got the garage door back on track and it worked as expected. It wasn't a real time consuming job, but they explained everything they were going to do. We got the results we needed. The cost was covered under our insurance plan.

I called Quality about 4 months ago and a crew of two men came and had my door fixed in about 2 hours. Now the door is working great and if I ever need repair, I will call Quality. I would recommend them to other people.

Quality Garage Doors came right out which really helped me out a lot in a pinch. They fixed my belt up and then looked over the garage door opener and let us know what looked like other parts was getting worn. I was really glad that they did because now I know what to look for if it fails again. I really appreciated their work.

The service man from Quality Garage Doors did a great job on the installation of my new garage door. I watched a lot of his work, asked many questions for my knowledge and he was professional in answering all my concerns. The door gave him a little trouble once it was put together; he spent many hours trying to get it balanced properly. The door has to be balanced so it runs properly on the track, and if it rolls up to quickly it could roll off the track or do damage to something. The service man was punctual, knowledgeable and made sure I was completely satisfied with the door before leaving.

Quality Garage Doors had a great selection overall and was able to accommodate me with exactly what I was looking for. I was able to find the style of door at the price I wanted. They helped me with the whole process and took care of my needs very swiftly and efficiently just as advertised. The door hangs perfectly and more importantly, opens and closes at my command.
