Very professional and punctual. Installed pet door without problems. It looks great.

Eddie gave me information regarding options available and, pricing for those options over the phone. He came out to measure, estimated time of the new door delivery to him and when door available, he called and we made appointment for installation. Door was installed, it works perfect, was just what I needed. He was right on time for both appointments, called me when he said he would, worked with great efficiency and care to my home. Clearly he knows what he?s doing and does it well. I couldn?t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a pet door.

Eddie came by to repair a broken wall entry dog door. I called him to let him know the type of damage, and sent some pictures. He didn't try selling me on a complete replacement, he instead gave me all of my options, including repairing it with a wall kit he had that matched the model of the broken door. He was able to come out on a Saturday with short notice because of the hole in the wall. He made it as good as new, anchoring it into the studs which wasn't originally done. He also gave me a great recommendation for a drywall guy for some other work I need done.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL--not just to us, as Military Service Members/Veteran but to our rescue K9s needs. I have used Eddie from Purrfect Pet Doors in the past and contacted his company again to help aid in our older rescue dogs needs & current deployed pup adopted needs {as he is much larger}. Unfortunately, the door we had installed a few years back can no longer accommodate my arthritic companion/family member. As I called to explain this; the man we once knew, who came to our home with a welcoming personality was no longer that same person. Instead of a home visit he rather just walk me to the steps of measuring out everything myself, compeltey rude, short with me, huffing & puffing with his breath, even cutting me off when I spoke. Very arrogant in attuitude/bitter & sour, as he explained, he didn't remember who we were-how would he, do you have the door size already, just give me the measurements, after telling him everything he requested over the phone he said... "No, I can't do anything for you." Not a sorry, not a--I'll take a look & lets see what I could do to help with your families & rescue pets needs & most certainly NOT wanting the business, as if I was a total bother! I CAN clearly understand that perhaps a larger size door would not fit in the same spot as before, BUT throw us a bone here--try to help a loyal customer {service before self} as we gave you referrals in the past & wrote previous 5 star reviews. I know longer will be using this company, writing excellent reviews that aren't warranted, or referring Eddie to any other service members, neighbors, or civilian friends we know. Great job on going above & beyond to help those adopted/rescue pets in need or helping a local Verteran/Active Duty member WHO serves your country so you can insult them with your PRIDE!

The job was absolute PURRFECTION!!! Eddie was extremely professional and explained each step he performed.

Eddie was a pro. He quoted a price, walked me through exactly what he was going to do and checked if I had any questions before he began. He measure my dog and installed the perfect door in the perfect spot. The whole process was about an hour. Eddie also gave me instructions for proper maintenance for the door and how to get my dog to use the door. Great experience. You get what you pay for.

This is the 2nd pet door Eddie has installed for me at two different houses. The whole process was very smooth and professional. Eddie explained the whole process and how to maintain the pet door moving forward for optimal life of the pet door. Did a great job and I would use this company again.

Eddie consulted me on what size door for our dogs would be best, ordered the door for me, delivered it, installed it, and ran through the maintenance and warranty in the most professional of manner possible. I made an appointment, Eddy came out to the house on time and got to work. He explained what he would do and how to maintain the dog door. He had me examine his work, it was excellent. Eddy finished the job quickly and efficiently.

Extremely professional throughout the process. This guy has it down pat. You'll get all the instructions, he'll walk you through what he's going to do and then does exactly that. He arrives on time, where he's supposed to be and leaves everything clean and ready to go. Even tells you now to train your dog to use the double door.

Installers were very professional. Door was installed within 40 minutes. Explained how to keep the dog door clean and how to train your pet. I will use his services again. Bought the doggie door from him but could use any door.

Called Eddie to purchase and install pet door in wall. He asked specific questions in regards to my pet and ( breed, height, weight etc.). We agreed the medium hale door would be perfect. He had to order door for me as I needed a left sided loading cover. We made appointment and he showed up as promised and on time. Was very professional and very knowledgable about the product. Very clean and quick installation. Gave me some quick tips on how to train my pup to use the door. Was great my pet uses it all day. Would definitely recommend for any pet owner. A little expensive but well worth it you get what you pay for.

Eddie and his assistant arrived on time. He showed me the pet door, explained the features, and answered my questions. We discussed location and after explaining that the installation would take about an hour, they finished in about 55 minutes. The unit functions well and it looks great both inside and outside. He did exactly what he promised, and he did it well.

These guys did a very nice job and were very efficient. Don't even think about trying this yourself. They use a very nice pet door that is well worth the money. Don't even think about a door from a local store. The brand they recommend has a really good seal around the edges and keeps the weather out nicely.

We had purchased a Hale dog door in our previous home. It was pricey compared to dog doors sold at places like Pet Co but, we determined, more than worth the extra cost. As we moved into our new home, we would not consider another brand of dog door. As with our previous experience, Eddie came to install the door. He was punctual and well prepared. Eddie is very knowledgeable and professional. He installs all types of dog doors but the Hale brand he represents is by far the best.

Purrfect Pet Doors has an ad in a local coupon book. I phoned upon seeing the ad to ask about the service. He explained to me that he only sells and installs Hale Pet Doors and that I can call them for a brochure. I did so and did receive the specs. I call Purrfect back (Eddie is the owner/operator) I explained we had an awkward situation: our 4 yr old mixed breed was having a difficult time of getting in and out of the current dog door. He had to duck down to get out and he was too wide to comfortably get in and out. I will say that Eddie was knowledgeable and told me that if we continued to use this door the dog would develop hip problems. That information was, in my opinion very valuable. We surely didn't want that. I asked him if he could come by and help us decide what size to get AND to help us decide where we should install the larger door in. And this is where it all fell apart. His response floored me. The spot where the old one was (under a window with only 3 inches under and over the existing door). He said no. He told me how to measure the dog for height and width, which was not so fine as what if my measurements were wrong? What if what I thought was the best measurement and it was wrong?What if I bought the wrong size door for him to install? He said I would have to take the measurements and make the decision as to where to put the new doors. "If I went to every customer's house for a pre-install meetup, I wouldn't make any money." Was his response. And my thought upon hearing that was he only cares about the bottom line and I will NOT HIRE THIS MAN. Thats when I went with AAA pet doors and Vic Potter.

Eddie was great. He came over 2 weeks ago with two possible pet doors so we could see which would be the appropriate size for our dog .Unfortunately, due to the location of where we wanted the door installed, we needed a side closing doggy door instead of a top closer. Eddie does not carry those doors as few people need them. He ordered one for us. He was very honest and encouraged us to get the smaller of the two doors saving us $100. When he arrived with the new side closing door, he was very punctual. He did a perfect job. No chips in the paint. He also was very neat. He is very knowledgeable about construction as well. Once he finished the job, he demonstrated how to train the dog to use the door, how to lock the door, and how to clean it and care for it. He was fast, neat, organized and super professional. We would recommend him to anyone considering installing a doggy door.

Called and set up an appointment and they arrived on-time and installed the medium pet door. Price was quoted as $465 (labor + Hale pet door), but we paid $25 extra to have the door a little lower than above the molding. They cleaned everything up well, left us the cutouts just in case we wanted to cover it up later, and left instructions on how to familiarize the dogs with the doors. My dogs are miniature poodles, and they were used to a single flap door, so it took a little getting used to for them to go through 2 flaps and a gap. I really appreciated the instructions! All in all, a very satisfying and professional experience. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to put in a pet door.

He arrived at my house, within and hour he had the doggy door installed and cleaned up all mess. He even advised me how to get the dogs to use the new door.

I called on a Sunday which I normally didn't expect to get them to see but I got them. He was extremely professional and very thorough with the information that he asked. He gave detailed about what type of dogs and how big. He came out and put the door exactly where we want it. He was on time and installed it perfectly clean. It was a high quality door and installation. he definitely knew what he was doing.

It went better than I thought it would go. He was absolutely wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped me locate the best place to put the door. He is very professional and knows his business. It took approximately 1 hour, as he quoted, gave me all the wall to hold onto if needed in the future, and was in and out without any disturbance. He informed me in advance that he only took cash or checks-- so no surprises. He actually called that day and had some free time earlier, so he came sooner than later. I have never had a pet door before, so this was a new experience for me. I would highly recommend Eddie to anyone interested in obtaining a doggie door, since he is efficient, knowledgeable about the product he installs, and goes over the warranty, cleaning and maintain of the product. It was an absolutely wonderful experience!
