Steve was here on time and explained exactly what he would do and how much the cost would be. A most pleasant man.

We called Pure Plumbing and they were awesome. Took our information and said would have someone out by 8pm that night. Mike and Dave arrived right on time and were so professional. They had a hard time finding the main water line and had to get creative, but they got it fixed. They were so friendly and helpful and the price was great! We had called American Sheild as this is covered by our policy, but they did not get back to us until Tuesday. I would recommend Pure Plumbing to anyone! Just amazing!

The guys were on time (even earlier than the appointment window) and were really professional from start to finish. Got the job done quickly and did quality work. One of the few times I've ever dealt with a company that was thoroughly friendly and professional (including the initial phone call to set the appointment up). Would definitely hire again in the future.

They were able to have a plumber dispatched on a Sunday afternoon between 4 & 6. They dispatched Steve and he called in advance to let me know he was on his way. simultaneously, Pure Plumbing sent me an email that let me know he was on his way, which also had his name and a photo so you knew who was coming to the door. Steve was very professional & knowledgeable, reviewed the tasks I wanted repaired and gave me a an estimate, which was simultaneously transmitted to my email so I had a clear written copy and the charges are the same whether it was during the week or on a weekend so no additional charges for that. I indicated that I had an Angie's List coupon that Pure offered and he said that was fine and that credit was given so it was a fair deal all the way around. Excellent response time and pricing especially as it was a Sunday night. The drain pipe was urgent as that had to be repaired quickly so that other bathroom repairs could be made. Since I had the plumber coming anyway I asked him to look at a toilet in a guest bathroom that seemed to have an on again-off again leak between the reservoir and the toilet bowl. It needed a new seal. All work was done efficiently and in short order.

They were responsive, everything went well. The only thing that puzzled me, is they didn't seem to raise any concerns about anything. But yet, the other 3 contractors I had out here seemed to see it as a bigger job and more complicated. I think maybe that is part of the reason I was concerned about Pure, was I thought well OK they say $2100, but are they going to say oh we forgot this and the next thing I know it be in the $3500's or something. I was very happy with them, except not knowing. I don't know if I should hold that against them. Maybe they didn't think about everything. I didn't bother to call them back. The other companies thought I needed a bigger gas line to that fire pit, and Pure didn't say anything about that.

We made the appointment for the same day though they arrived early. (we didn't have a sink in the kitchen while this was broken). Professional team did quality work. These are the guys you want working in your house. They knew what they were doing and took care of business.

Excellent work. Scottie is a great plumber who makes sure the work is done correctly and that the customer is satisfied. He doesn't cut corners and delivers exactly what he says he will do. He is patient when describing problems that need to be addressed and how to fix them. He has a great personality which adds to his service. I highly recommend Pure Plumbing, especially Scottie if you want high quality work. Tyler is another plumber who worked with Scottie and he was also very good.

Alex and Kyle of Pure Plumbing were fantastic. They quickly took care of two issues in the home I just purchased in Henderson. First was a minor gas leak under a newly installed counter top gas range. They located the leak, fixed, and tested it in no time. Next, I had them install a gas shutoff valve on the gas line coming out of my wall to the dryer. Again, they were quick. I estimate they were in and out of my home in about one hour. Fantastic! Both Alex and Kyle were very professional. They kept booties over their boots the entire time they were in my home even though I told them it was OK as they were only on tile. They listened and looked at what I needed done and took care of it. I couldn’t ask for more. I will absolutely be giving Pure Plumbing a call again in the future when needed. Very happy customer. If I could give them a rating of higher than A, I would. Thanks!

The technician explained in great detail the different options and why I would choose one over the other. When the installation was done, he spent considerable time explaining what I needed to do to operate them and how often to drain the hot water tank to prevent buildup of sediment. Also what levels of salt in the tank both max and min for the system to work optimally.

Pure Plumbing advertises 24/7 response. I called on a Saturday night and immediately an was able to set up an appointment immediately. Steve, the plumber, arrived on time. Pure sends out a message with a photo of the plumber and the ETA, followed by a notice when the plumber is in the neighborhood. Work began quickly with disposal of old heater followed by modification of both gas lines and plumbing to accommodate the tankless heater. The work required was extensive, as the gas line had to be changed to a larger diameter pipe. Location of the gas line was similarly changed to get past the garage door. Work took approximately a day. Given the complexity of the modifications, Work was done quickly and efficiently. New heater needed only cleaning of internal filter, then worked well to all parts of a 3000 sq. foot home. Our only delay was in securing city approval for the modifications--largely due to problems with the gas company, who was unable to schedule hook-up of new gas line in a timely manner. Gas company rep who did the hook-up was excellent. City inspector commented on high quality of plumbing work. Garage was cleaned following work. Tankless heaters are expensive, but costs fell within competitive range.

Pure Plumbing was very professional. They sent me a text telling me who my technician would be and gave me a time that he would show. The plumber called me and told me he was on his way. He arrived at the appointed time, inspected the plumbing, valve and pipes and told me what he would need to replace. He performed the work quickly, cleaned up and left.

Pure plumbing completed this job at my home on 10/28/16. I am extremely satisfied with the high quality of their work and professionalism. I was impressed with the communication from the staff beginning with initializing the order over the phone to getting the quote, to talking with the supervisor, Jeff, and finally to the actual service at my home. Throughout the whole process, Jeff made himself available to assist me over the phone to further discuss ideas, location site and pipe size for our BBQ and firepit. Rick, the plumber and his assistant arrived on time for all scheduled services. They were helpful, professional and did a great job. Rick answered all my questions, educated me about the work he did and made sure that I was fully satisfied with their work before they left. I highly recommend PURE plumbing and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

Joe promptly showed up, evaluated the situation, and gave me an estimate. It was not cheap, but nothing is in Mt Charleston. Joe completed the job in two workdays. Everything works perfectly. Joe knows what he is doing.

Great-Joe did a very good job. He was very knowledgeable, professional and explained what needed to be done and then did it in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend him!

Daniel came to unclog our kitchen drain. It was a stubborn clog but Daniel made sure the job was done right. He's repaired a broken pressure vacuum breaker in the last month and that too was completed professionally and on time. Pure plumbing is reliable, friendly and very well priced. I will hire them over and over again.

They were excellent - incredible. The level of service and professionalism were top notch. From the moment of first contact, scheduling of the appointment, and the actual installation, the entire experience was a five star one. Two technicians arrived and the more "senior"/experienced of the two was the main communicator and did such a great job at explaining the process and providing viable solution options. I was very, very pleased with the overall experience. Five stars!

They did major work. I had a pipe that was clogged and they had, my house was old so they had to go in and cut through the wall and replace part of the pipe.

The plumber was able to use his motorized snake to clear out the wastewater pipe for the kitchen. Our sink is draining just fine, now! Thanks Pure Plumbing!
