This was the third time we've hired Pure Plumbing, and we are always happy with their service! This time, we needed repairs done on 2 older Kohler toilets. Jacob Surber was very professional and knowledgeable about the work needed. He did everything quickly and efficiently. We appreciate the excellent service we received from Jacob and everyone at Pure Plumbing. I also want to note that Pure Plumbing's appointment and reminder system are top notch!

The plumbers arrived right at 9am sharp ready to get going. It went smoothly and the technician Adrian explained the process and what we needed to do after as far as maintenance. Alex and Adrian were great to work with and we will continue to use their services.

It was after 9:00pm on Christmas Eve so I needed the work done and I was panicked. The girl who answered the phone was very professional. The technician, Del, got back to me quickly. Del gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would be before he would be available (1 1/2 hrs) as well as an estimate of cost based on what I had told him. He arrived when he said he would. He replaced the water heater, changed the lines, put a pan and drain in, (I had been missing one), took the old one away and cleaned up the area. He then made sure that I knew what to expect with the contract and warranty since the office was closed. It all arrived via email this morning. It took only two hours and I had my hot water again. I was expecting to get fleeced because of the emergent situation late on Christmas Eve and was ready for an attempt to up-sell me on a bunch of extras. None of that happened. He was professional, prompt, and no up-sell. Just fixed what I needed for a fair price. The new water heater works much better than the old one did and I am very, very happy that they were there, available and so nice when it counted. I will definitely use them again for any other plumbing needs.

I cannot recommend Tony and his crew with Pure Plumbing enough! Our small issue turned out to be a much needed replacement of all the interior 55 year old corroded cast iron pipes. We were out of the house for 6 days and the communication was above and beyond. I was updated every step of the work and never had to wonder what was going on at the house, that was priceless to me. Every bit of the work was explained completely, even the unexpected obstacles that my house likes to throw out during any project. The work was priced and they stood by their estimate, even working late many nights to get us back in the house as soon as possible. The work itself is amazing. Tony and his crew are so professional, clean up leaves the area looking better than they found it (ty!). I have my plumbing company for all my future work in Pure Plumbing & Tony. The two technicians from Pure Plumbing, Del and Ron, were extremely professional, punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and demonstrated superior attention to detail. The sink in question was particularly difficult to remove, and installation of the new replacement sink proved equally difficult, if not more so. Del and Ron, however, charged right ahead and in good spirits, doubling down when necessary to get the job done... and the results were nothing short of beautiful. When the job was completed, the area was left clean and free of any packing debris from the new sink and disposal. Pure Plumbing is a pure pleasure to do business with. A+

Plumbers arrived at agreed time with a call ahead to let me know they were on the way. Reviewed my kithcen faucet and let me know what they thought was causing the leak and possible ways to fix it. Gave me an option to purchase my own small parts and repair myself to see if that corrected the leak. Also offered two other options and the pricing if I wasn't able to fix it myself. I was told when I booked the appointment that I would receive the initial visit to review my issues free of charge and it was. I have since purchased the parts and fixed the leak for now. I will call Pure Plumbing first with any other plumbing issues. They were fair and honest and very professional

Friendly and polite technician Trumayne Bolden and his assistant Ron showed up to our house at 10:15am on Tuesday with all the materials and equipment and started to work on the sink replacement job. They completed the job at 1:31pm!! During those working hours, I found out that both of them did the task very professionally and knowledgeable. My husband and I are very satisfied and appreciated their work efforts. Trumayne was very honest for the price that he offered, because at the beginning we told him that we wanted a good faucet instead of the standard one, so he chose the better one but stated that the price would be higher. From his good experience just by looking at our kitchen area, Trumayne knew exactly what kind of sink and faucet recommended to us. The price of Kohler iron cast sink and Moen faucet were reasonable and because of their good qualities, I expect that they will last for a long time. We like our new kitchen sink and faucet, our kitchen looks great and we thank you!!

They are very professional, they are dressed well. They have good advertising on their vehicle. I am really pleased with the service.

They came on time but it cost nearly $800. Way too much. Their work was good, they took about Three Hours to complete, which is good. I just thought it was too expensive.

I originally had this appointment scheduled for 9/4 between 10am and 12pm However, Donny was too busy on a significant project so he never called or showed. I kind of understood because lets face it, annual water heater flushes and anode rod inspections are not high priority in comparison to the big projects. But I only found out about this cancellation when I called the office after the time window had passed. So they rescheduled me for 9/6 between 4pm and 6pm. I got a call on this day from the office at 4:08pm stating that Donny would be arriving closer to 6pm. No problem for me as I agreed to that time window. Then the office calls again at 4:43pm stating that due to an emergency, Donny was not able to stop by my house (I hope everything is ok with him, he did a good job for me last year). The office sent a different plumber to my home.// Opio arrived promptly at 5:10pm and started with an indoor plumbing evaluation. I found that he was knowledgeable and I agree with his recommendation that all my sink valves need to be replaced. The quoted price of $1650 for 11 valves appears to be on the high end so I am going to get a quote from a similar highly rated company to verify that Pure Plumbing is competitive. // Next Opio flushed the water heater and gave me some good tips on how to do this myself since he thinks my water heater should be flushed every six months. The anode rod showed significant signs of detrioration to a measured diameter of less than 0.5”, so I accepted the $195 quote to replace it with the newer linked-style rod that will make future replacements easier. I had mixed feelings here: dissapointed that my anode rod lasted only one year after new installation of the water heater, but happy that this wear was caught and addressed by the inspection so I don’t run into future issues. All in all, Opio is an informative and friendly plumber.

I needed help to replace a cartridge, couldn't get the old one out. Alex arrived right on time and finished in no time. I would recommend.

I had my water heater start leaking on Sunday 04/24. I called Pure Plumbing and they set an appointment for that evening. The technicians arrived on time and replaced the water heater. They did an excellent job.

Arrived on-time and did the work quickly and well. When they tested the drain they felt it didn't sound right and made a second check. Found another clog and quickly fixed it.

Matt was great. He gave me different options with different price quotes. He fixed the problems efficiently with a very good price. Since I’m a senior on a fixed income, that makes a huge difference. I even got a senior discount. Any other plumbing problems I have, I’ll want Matt with Pure Plumbing.

Everything went well. They were quick and efficient and the fee they charged for the service seemed fair especially since the service was emergency and after hours. The only thing I didn't think was cool was that at the end of the transaction they tried to pressure me to additionally tack on a big conversion project to prevent a recurrence that they assured me would happen within a few weeks, which hasn't happened nearly a year later. Having said that, I would absolutely use them again if I knew what needed to be done.

Pure Plumbing was very professional from beginning to end of the project. I smelled gas in my garage coming from my water heater. I called them at 7:00 PM on a Sunday night and they had a technician (Kyle) out to my house in under an hour. He called me and let me know when he would arrive. He saw the corrosion and small leak and said the unit would have to be replaced. The next day we set up an appointment (2 hour window) and they sent me an e-mail with the technicians name. Pure Plumbing called 10 min before the appointment and told me he would be on his way shortly. The technician (Jack) called and said he would be at my residence shortly. They did the work quickly replacing the old water heater and fixing some problems with the piping from my last installation. He answered all questions and cleaned up when they left.

Went great, done timely and the work looks professional. Estimate was given on-site and how/what was going to be done was explained very clearly. Jack Clement was the master plumber, and his helper/trainee Adan, was very good. Thanks.

Did a great job as before. Very courteous and professional but very expensive considering all materials were provided, leaving only the labor cost.

Incredibly well. Plumber named Mekie a super hard worker and very trustworthy. He was very thorough and someone I will definitely use again going forward. Vegas is full of horrible service providers, but Pure Plumbing is incredible.
