They were very professional. Two young men arrived promptly and set to work right away. I had foolishly put a half lemon rind down the disposal and evidently it acted like a plug, completely blocking the pipe. It took them about 20 minutes from start to finish. My printer was not working (it was quite a week!) so I could not print out the Angie's List coupon, but they honored it anyway. I guess I'm out of touch in some ways because $89 seems like a lot for a fairly simple job, but I know other companies charge lots more. (YES Plumbing once charged me $100 to change a washer! I would never use them again!) The men from Pure Plumbing were clean, polite, professional and prompt. I absolutely would recommend this company.

They were alright. The price was fair. They were very nice. They came right out.

I called at 8 am and they were here by ten o'clock ready to unclog my drain even though it was not an emergency. They checked it out and used their equipment to clear the drain. They were finished by eleven o.clock . Very polite and friendly as well as neat and efficient. No fuss - no muss and they accepted a coupon from Angie's list to cover the cost.

The two man crews conduct was professional. They removed the old water heater and installed the the new one. They did a fine job in a timely manner and will use their services in the future.

After having been a residential remodeling contractor for 16 years and employing the services of dozens of subcontractors, I learned the value of excellent customer service, and have brought that skill to every place I have worked since. In all my years I have never met anyone that understood or practiced exceptional customer service as well as I did. With Pure Plumbing I now have found such a company, and I have even learned from them. Not only did the company exceed all expectations, they have set the bar higher than I would have though possible, and have clearly set themselves apart from their competition by a very wide margin. Pure Plumbing stuck to the price given, even though the project took much longer than anticipated. The quality was flawless and they left the place much cleaner than I had expected. Andy and his helper were both very pleasant and professional at all times. There were no complaints or frustration despite their having to unexpectedly return the next day and stay until 7:30pm that evening. They persisted until the job was done and we were able to have water again. They showed true concern. My wife and I will not even consider using any other plumbing contractor than Pure Plumbing. Andy did an excellent job! As an interior designer (Gunn Interiors) your business relies heavily on the contractors you use. Andy is my go to guy for plumbing. He is fast, professional, knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. And most of all his prices are very reasonable.

Andy did a great job! He arrived just a 30-40 min after my call (exact he said he would), was very friendly and customer oriented. The cost of service is affordable and honest, it wasn't too easy to fixed it at all! I'm very pleased and happy to work with Pure Plumbing and Andy!

Let me preamble this review with why I needed a plumber in the first place. My garbage disposer had sprung a leak in the middle of the week and I was limited to just using the other side of my double sink in the kitchen. I had to wait until the weekend to do anything about it because I was originally going to replace the disposer myself. Started on Friday evening after work and within a matter of minutes I know I wasn't going to be able to do it myself. The plumbing under my sink and the sink itself were probably 45 years old, now on to the review! I can't rave enough about this guy! From the time my phone call was answered to the time the work was finished and he was walking out the door of my apartment, it was by far the best experience I have had with any service provider EVER! He showed up at my door at just about the time he promised give or take about 10 minutes (I called him around 9:15 am on a Saturday morning and he was at my place by about 10:10) and looked like someone I would want to invite into my house...he made a great first impression and is very well spoken. He asked me how I had heard of him and when I told him I found him on Angie's List, he asked if I had seen any of his promotions. I told him that the only promotion that I saw was for a drain cleaning with a free video evaluation. He looked at me and asked me if I had seen a coupon for a 15% discount and i t old him no. Then he said he had thought he had put it up on the website but it was possible he hadn't yet and since I was a member of Angie's List he would give it to me anyway. After I showed him what needed to be done and I agreed to the quote he gave me, a flat rate, he went to get his tools and got right to work. He took his time and didn't rush through it all. It seemed as thought he just wanted to do it right and took pride in what he did. A big plus in my book. He was also very respectful of my property and kept cleaning up as he was working, He got the work done in about 2.5 hours all the while we were chatting about this and that and whatever one would talk about with a total stranger who comes in to fix the plumbing, When he was through the work area was nice and clean, all the plumbing under the kitchen sink is brand new and looks great, and when it came time to pay the bill it was a little less than what I had expected. I will definitely use this guy's services again and will recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber recommended to them. After being quoted $15K for repairing a break by a Roto Rooter outfit, called Pure Plumbing for a second look. Service quote was 60% less since Andy actually took time to see where we could do cost savings. Break was 6 feet deep below asphalt. Andy and his subcontractor who did the digging got all the work (digging, repair, replacement of asphalt) done in about 6 hours by working straight through. Very impressive. I'll be using them for all my future needs.

Plumber removed my old water heaters,replaced proper pipes from Gas main to new location of Tankless Water heater. I had researched tankless water heaters on line and decided to choose the New Navien type. I had asked him to install the best one I had found. Plumber knew of the Navien water heaters and had installed them before, so we were in agreement. He obtained the correct model NPE 240A, and re-plumbed to the Navien Specifications. ( no short cuts ) He was very courteous and went about his work with out delay. It took a couple of hours, and when he was done, he cleaned up the area he was working in. He gave me a guarantee for his work along with the guarantee the Tankless Water Heater already had.I have since used him for small, simple things like faucets leaking, clogged sink in bathroom, replace bath tub faucets.He was always on time and ready with the correct parts needed to fix the problem

I found Pure Plumbing on Facebook from mutual friends. My wife and I called them and spoke to a super sweet girl named Alexis. Andy was the guy that came out and he was super nice, respectful, and to the point. They really saved the day. From the call in to being done and up and running it was less than 3 hours.
