We got an appt. very quickly after our initial call. Our regular, and now former, plumbing company gave us an appt nearly 2 wks in future. Pure Plumbing is very prompt and courteous. They keep in very close contact via email, even on holidays, weekends, and after hrs. Today, the day of the appt., they called saying they would be here earlier than expected: was that OK? Sure. Replaced water softener same day, equipment and work have longer guaranty, than previous co. Matt is very professional and pleasant.

I called in the morning and got an appointment for the same day. They came on time and were very professional. The plumbers they sent were very helpful, explained everything to me well and fixed everything that needed repaired and changed out. They gave me great pricing. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Matt was the service tech. He was courteous and professional and completed the work within an hour. He was punctual and cleaned up the area after he was done.

Two technicians: Matt Harbison and Alex Renteria came into my home and surveyed and informed me of the problem (leaking of the hot water on concrete slab), gave me an estimation and began working. It took them several hours on two afternoons. They were professional, cleaned up at the end of each session. Their work was very neat in appearance. They recommended another company to come in and close up the eight holes they cut for the job to be done--The Quick Response Restoration crew did an outstanding job of restoring the holes in the wall---but they left all the areas very, very messy including my driveway.

Company was very competitive in its pricing. Had appointment set up for Monday morning at 8AM. (had my hot water turned off due to the leak getting much worse a few days earlier). Got a call saying that in order to serve me better, they were going to send an extra technician for the job, but they wouldn't be able to start until noon. Techs ended up[ not showing up until 1PM. They ended up sending three techs. The gentlemen were extremely nice and professional. They did everything they could to put minimal amounts of holes in the house (they put most of them in the garage). The job was extremely messy, which was assumed going into it. They ended up not being able to finish Monday and had to come back the next day to finish. They ended up no being able to get back to me until 6PM Tuesday. At conclusion of the job, they did a fairly good job at cleaning up the mess, and left me with a good referral for a drywall guy to fix the holes. I thought they did a really good job, I just feel like they were a bit too busy for the amount of jobs they probably had on their plate. Overall good experience.

We thought whole home water filtration system install would be a nightmare, it wasn't. We called Saturday and they came right over gave us a quote and were back on Monday for installation. Daren and Alex were great, they installed the system in less than two hours, and made sure we were satisfied and went over the equipment. We are extremely pleased from start to finish. They confirm appointments and will text you when they are about to come.

I wasn't there to watch them work. This is a rental and from what my tenant has said, they were professional and very clean! They called or emailed me through out the day, so it was like I was there.

My experience with Pure Plumbing was completely stress free. I was contacted right away and was given an appointment that was very convenient for my schedule. Pure plumbing was professional with their contact and the installation. Being a woman, I very much appreciate that there was absolutely no pressure to make costly alterations or a bate and switch. I felt completely at ease with the installer and by the time the job was finished I was so pleased and slightly surprised that there is a reputable plumbing company in Las Vegas. The job was done in 5 minutes. It was a matter of looking at the water dispenser tubes and hooking them up together.

Customer service department was excellent. Ordered the service on 6/24. Customer service followed up with me on Saturday 06/29 . They indicated that their plumber would be on premises between the hours of 8-10 A.M. Matt called me at 8:00 A.M. on the scheduled date and showed up at my home at 8:30 Matt was both very knowledgeable and friendly and he provided me with a no cost estimate for the work I was a little taken back at the cost estimate but based on the reviews I read about Pure Plumbing I decided to proceed Matt''s work in my opinion was excellent. He successfully executed all of the work components we had agreed to in a very professional manner. He is an excellent representative for Pure Plumbing I would whole hardly recommend Pure Plumbing to my friends and if they can I would ask for Matt to do the work

You won?t find a better plumbing company. They are ?my plumbers? because they know what they are doing, are courteous professionals, and are reasonably priced. We all know what it?s like when a plumber comes to our house. They are ready to scare the living daylights out of you with the agenda of up-selling you on problems you never knew you had. Not Pure Plumbing. I recently needed to replace 8 emergency shut off valves under my 4 bathroom sinks. They were all corroded from my hard water, and even though I have a water softener, it doesn?t soften the cold water. My home is 22 years old, and it was time. When I actually took a close look underneath, it?s amazing that my bathrooms didn?t flood. I have never seen such thick corrosion on anything. Jeff arrived promptly, evaluated the situation, and was ready to go to work. What a pleasant man to deal with. He also threw in fixing the valves under my kitchen sink which were frozen shut. And, to top it all off, there was no mess left behind. Even better, the next day, I was preparing myself to clean off the tons of mold that had accumulated on the shelf under the sinks. Got out my scraper, Fantastic, CLR, Clorox, a bucket of water, scrubbies, and gloves. This was not a job I was looking forward to. I couldn?t believe my eyes. The bottom shelves were pure white, and best of all...no mold. This was way and above beyond the call of duty! Thank you so much, Jeff. When I checked out my invoice, Pure Plumbing includes a one year all inclusive parts and labor warranty with their work. If anything were to go wrong, surely any problem would show up prior to that. I am 150% satisfied with this company, and no more searching necessary for a good plumber.

i called pure plumbing for a water heater that went out at my tenants place. Customer service was very responsive on Sunday. Alex was at the property within an hour to give an estimate. He quoted me $2600 initially to get a water heater replaced which was a $1000+ more than average. With an estimate that high I needed to get a second estimate. Alex did say it was a special order water heater. When I hesitated he lowered it by $200. Called a different company and got a water heater installed for $1600. I'm sure pure plumbing does good work and use exceptional products but if you need a basic water heater and install I would get a few estimates.

I purchased a "deal" for this company's server for $850, which was meant to cover the cost of a new unit with install. Unlike most residential water heaters, however, mine has a power vent. After advising them over the phone of this while scheduling the install, they were able to quickly find a unit with a power vent. I was advised that the price would be significantly higher with the power event, which I understood. With that settled, they scheduled an install for the next day. The installers arrived on time, although they were not prepared with all the parts needed for the install. At least an hour was spent on a trip to home depot to get a part they anticipated would be with the heater to connect the power vent. That problem aside, the install went smoothly and I have not had any issue with the new unit. The installers were friendly and informative. The only real issue I had was with the payment. I understood that my bill was going to be substantially higher because of the power vent, but I still expected some discount to be applied because of the deal I purchased. The deal was listed with a "value" of $945. With a purchase price of $850, this works out to a $95 discount. Even though I had advised them that I had purchased the "deal" when I scheduled the appointment, the installers were not familiar with it. First they handed me a bill for the total price, of $1,890, without any credit given for the $850 I already paid and without discount. I advised them again of the deal I purchased for $850, which they didn't quite know how to handle. I pulled up the details on my computer so they could read the fine print, and they finally decided they could remove $850 from the bill since that's what I already paid. It felt strange that after purchasing a "deal" through angie's list that my final bill was given to me full price, but I was in a rush to get to work, so I didn't argue. Later, after I had a chance to review the fine-print, I called to talk to someone about the bill. I requested to have $95 refunded, the amount of the original discount listed on the deal. The issue had to be escalated to the owner who, rather than being apologetic and taking care of it without issue, spoke to me like I was asking for something for which I wasn't entitled. Ultimately she did authorize a refund of $95, so everything worked out. I just hope that since that time and going forward, they are better prepared with how to handle customers that came to them through angie's list, particularly those who found and purchased their service through a "Deal" offer.

Joe came out earlier than expected but perfect timing. Within minutes, Joe diagnosed where the leak originated from and told me what would prevent this type of leak in the future. He did not charge me for the visit which was amazing, and offered their services again if warranted. I would definitely use Pure Plumbing and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I am very pleased with Jeff from Pure Plumbing. Pure Plumbing was on time and very professional. He removed the old unit and installed the new in less that 45 min. I also had a bathroom faucet that was broken. Jeff also showed me how to get the Moen free replacement parts as well as showing me how to do it myself. I would recommend Pure to anyone wanting good plumbing service. As a side note Moen customer support is great. They identified the part I needed and will send it to me.

My hot water heater went out and leaked into my garage overnight. Pure Plumbing was able to come out and replace the unit within hours. Their pricing is great and quality of service amazing. The tech showed up on time and was very friendly and informative. When the work was complete the tech answered all our questions and emailed us later that hour with pictures and details of the work completed for our records. This company is the meaning of professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone that I know!

When I first called the company to inquire about the alkaline reverse osmosis sytem I was greeted very nicely over the phone and when I started to ask questions the office girl suggested that the owner answer my questions. So she said she would have him return my call. He called me back right away and he answered my questions and gave me a price. They scheduled me within the week. I had 2 courteous and effcient employees that came and installed the system and again answered all my questions. Everyone here is so nice and just a great company to work with.

Extremely well. Excellent, fast work. The loose faucet wasn't even an issue for Tyler. He just got it done! Pure Plumbing is now my plumber of choice!

Pure Plumbing was a pleasure to work with! I came out that morning to find water all over my garage floor and a broken water heater. I checked Angie's List for plumbers and decided to call Pure Plumbing because they have a great service record and offered a water heater replacement discount. Within 30 minutes of my calling Pure Plumbing, Jeff called me back, discussed the problem with me, and said he could be there in about an hour. He showed up within that time and quickly decided the best course of action. After talking it over with me, we agreed that a new unit would be best (my old water heater was installed in 1995!). He and his colleague were quick and professional. They explained everything they were doing and ensured I received the advertised discount. I will definitely call Pure Plumbing again in the future. In fact, I need to set up an appointment with them for a different issue soon.

Had an excellent experience with PURE PLUMBING. After finding a leak on my main line to the house, I tried calling mulitiple Plumbing companies, and had a tough time reaching any that either works, or was willing to work, on a Sunday, I called Pure and the customer reps I spoke to were pleasant to deal with and sounded like they truly valued our business. Michael, the technician that showed up was kind and considerate. He explained the process and what was involved, and answered any questions that I had. He worked diligently for two hours in hot weather, and showed us exactly why the leak occurred and the parts he had to replace. I would suggest PURE PLUMBING for anyone looking for a good Plumbing company!

He was really nice and even said he would give us a credit if this cartridge went bad. So far, so good!

When we made the appointment the employee told my husband they would be out between 8 and 10 the next day. Not only did they call head 15 minutes before the appointment; Jeff showed up promptly at around 8am. We were having a problem with our master shower; it had a continuous slow drip for the last couple of weeks. He checked all of our faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen to make sure there were no other problems. He left for only a short period of time to pick up the correct part for our shower. The whole job was completed before 10am so we could enjoy the rest of our day off together. Jeff was very professional, respectful, kept the area he worked in very clean during and after the job and did not try to pressure us into purchasing any other services other than what we needed at the time. We highly recommend PURE PLUMBING and will definitely call them again for all our plumbing needs in addition to referring them to our friends and coworkers.
