Description of Work: They cleared some drains for me.

Description of Work: Repaired/replaced mixing valve in Moen shower/tub fixture. Asked about water pressure issue and serviceman tested house pressure and found faulty pressure regulator on incoming water line. Replaced and retested pressure and numbers fell back within specifications for home.

Description of Work: Call due to a hot water issue in my spare bath. Issue was resolved quickly and as a result of a question I raised a potential problem was resolved by the technician. Didn't need to do the work right then, but he was there so I agreed to let him fix the problem at the price quoted.

Description of Work: Cleaned out shower head and checked pipes to improve our water pressure.

Description of Work: We had some plumbing issues where water was leaking onto the ceiling in several places. Pure Plumbing fixed the issue which took two trips. This company gets an A plus from me. I was impressed even before they came. Alexis who took my call was so kind. Her customer service skills are wonderful. Once Don came out to do the job, he was so professional. He did a great job. I joined Angie's' list to find a great plumber. Found one!

Description of Work: Pro Plumbing offered a coupon for unclogging one drain for $89, so we bought it and we got it.... Don Johnson was the plumber that came out and stuck with it until he did indeed get what seemed to be a cement block out of this sink drain. He tried a liquid, a small snake and in the end a large motor driven snake that finally did the trick. Good job and well done. He was bound and determined to get the drain open. Would use them again. I will mention that they were an hour later than originally scheduled, but the office called and kept us updated on his approximate arrival time.
