HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOLD REMOVAL NEEDS!!! I will definitely be using this company again for all of my mold issues. After some recent work that they did for me at one of my residential properties, I am their newest and biggest fan! Jaime Hernandez from Pure Maintenance managed the entire task from the initial inspection all the way through to it s completion with courtesy, honesty, knowledge, professionalism, patience, and expertise. My mold problem was extensive and severe and after Jaime s management, I now know that I wouldn t have wanted to entrust this task to anyone else. These guys are amazing at what they do, and with new technologies, were able to completely eradicate the problem by the end of the day. It was quick, easy on the pocketbook, and just a pleasure to finally work with nice, honest down-to-earth experts! This company is a MUST for anyone with mold issues from the most minor to the most massive.

They ran the test and it took several days to get results. I had to call them to get the results as they did not send automatically like I was told. When they went over the test with me they saw there was something wrong just by the results. They did a second test at no charge, again I had to call to get results, again they were not sent to me. The second test results were also more faulty than the first according to what the normal house is. I found this very confusing, frustrating and paid for a faulty test. Jorge was a great fellow but needs results due to health problems becoming increasingly worse every day and really think it is due to mold in the environment. We will have to find another company to come out and test again.

Very professional company, Punctual, friendly, comfortable to be with. Safe products and I highly recommend them to anyone.
