I've had an issue with mold for a couple months. And I was thinking about just replacing the dry wall and wood. But I did a little research and came across this company. I gave them a call to see what they do for mold removal. James answered and I explained my situation. James heard me out but informed me that just removing the drywall and wood doesn't take care of the mold. He was super informative. I'm happy I did come across this company cause I have kids and pets in my home and the last thing I needed was a bigger problem then what was already on hand. James technician lane came over and did a air quality test. It came back positive for mold. We went forward with the fogging lane was helpful as well. This company is definitely a company I would recommend to any of my friends and family.

Great company to work with and very informative!

I dealt mostly with Jaimie Hernandez. He was on top of things in the beginning and communicated well with me. He told me what they were going to do (fog the whole house and then test the air quality the next day for mold. I had a long-term and undetected leak under the kitchen sink which caused the mold). He said I will get the results back within a couple of days, and he would email the results to me as well as to the home warranty company. I did not hear from him after that, and I called frequently but would get a voicemail immediately. Is this company even for real? I called Jorge and asked if I could get the results of the test. He sent it to me and to the warranty company. The warranty company came a week later to replace the faucet but the plumber said there is still mold under the sink. I called Jaimie with the number he gave me and some other guy answered who said he did not know who I was trying to get ahold of and that I had the wrong number. How could that be? I have the texts from our previous conversation about scheduling the service with the same phone number. Not sure about this company. Beware! They are only eager to communicate with you up to the end of the job. After that, good luck! They might ghost you!

After some recent work that they did for me at one of my residential properties, I am their newest and biggest fan! Jaime Hernandez from Pure Maintenance managed the entire task from the initial inspection all the way through to it s completion with courtesy, honesty, knowledge, professionalism, patience, and expertise. My mold problem was extensive and severe and after Jaime s management, I now know that I wouldn t have wanted to entrust this task to anyone else. These guys are amazing at what they do, and with new technologies, were able to completely eradicate the problem by the end of the day.
