+ -1 moreThe house may not be very large but it was done beautifully, and with very few problems. The one thing we did ask for was the right to carpet it ourselves, because it was less expensive than paying for the carpet upgrade. The rest of the house is done so well, that we did not have to call anyone for repairs. The house is perfect for us.
Description of Work: Pulte Homes constructed our house for us. The home is seventeen hundred square feet, with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

+ -1 morePulte Homes did a tremendous amount of work quickly. It only took them about two months to build my house. I really like that everything in my home is covered under warranty for the first year. They did a great job on my house. I know that if I need them, they will be here for me.

+ -1 morePulte Homes did a good job building our home as we have not found a single thing wrong with the structure of our home. We had looked around to find a builder right for us and they accommodated us in all aspects, such as the time frame, options, and cost. They didn't hesitate to fix a few minor things once our home was built and we feel that they used very high quality products.

+ -1 morePulte Homes was constantly in contact with us during the building process, giving us updates even though we were still out of state. We felt that to be part of this process was great. We feel that our home is structurally sound and noticed that they used some better name products in our home. We felt that they came thorough for us on every aspect of their end of our contract with them.
