My first experience was fine.... bought a stacking washer/dryer from them after the repair of the old appliances seemed to be too high. However, my second experience was a disaster. The technicians were rude on their three visits to diagnose a washer problem. They refused to wear shoe covers or take off their shoes. And then worst of all, they let the water from the washer drum flood the third floor hall, didn't clean it up properly, which ruined the laminate from water saturation swelling. I have asked for repair or compensation several times, but Jeremy and Josh refuse. I now am proceeding with litigation. Stay clear of these dishonest businessmen who won't take responsibility for the damage caused by their servicemen!

An absolute pleasure to do business with Jeremy and the team at Priority Appliances. Jeremy was able to help me purchase the Speed Queen Series 9 washer and dryer. The dryer was on backorder, and nobody in the valley had it. During the time I waited for the dryer to arrive from Ripon Wisconsin, Jeremy kept me updated every step of the way. He was proactive with his updates, and contacted me without me ever having to call him. It’s a level of service that seems to be very rare nowadays. From my experience, I can honestly say that Jeremy and his team have earned my loyalty as a future customer, and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for new appliances. Jeremy, if you happen to read this, I want to thank you again for all your hard work. I’ll copy and paste this review to other review sites. You certainly deserve the recognition.
