It was a two step process. The electricians came the first day to move the light switches and the drywall era came the second day to remove a door, drywall and mud and texture the doorway and patch the old electrical outlet holes. Both crews showed up when they were supposed to and did an amazing job. I’m very happy with the results!

Angel, Carlos and especially RICARDO! were punctual, polite, professional ! After getting many (too many) and way too high estimates to replace a old generic shower tub for a walk in shower Preferred Construction gave us the most fair price out of 8 bids! Lets just put it this way they save us thousands of dollars without sacrificing quality workmanship! I would like to give extra praise for RICARDO! He is a craftsman at many skills building our shower! Ricardo built our shower alone do to space constraints! He did it the estimate time given! My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PREFERRED FOR ALL YOU HOME CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS! We started our bathroom remodeling due to a leak in September 2022, completed November 2022. The insurance company wanted 4 estimates, and they were all over the place low balled to extremely high, with all kinds of promises. Preferred Construction was right in the middle and the estimator/salesperson Angel is truly amazing. We liked him from the minute we met him, you just know when it just feels right!! We were torn between two companies, but Angelâ  s professionalism and willingness to help was so genuine we wanted someone like him to help us with our remodel. Angel was willing to support us with the insurance company where the other companies were not. He was knowledgeable, helpful, kind, respectful and always answered his phone, WOW. He negotiated with the insurance company and never once dropped the ball; he was truly there from beginning to end. We cannot thank him enough. I feel like heâ  s family. Moving right along, yes, we are signing the contract to begin. Angel, Carlos (project manager) and Moises show up to discuss the job. I ask when they will start the reply is next week, I am so pleased I thought it would be longer, I received a call later that day asking if they can begin demolition the following day, YES SIR. Moises and his team come to the house and the demolition begins, Moises is amazing, very forthcoming, and informative. Communication was on point with everyone Carlos visits during the job to make sure things are going smoothly. Carlos is also very caring, and you just know he wants it to be perfect, which is awesome, kudos to a Project Manager that manages his jobs perfectly. The demo is done and time for the tile work, Mario is superb, well skilled in tile work, uses levels on the walls and answers all my questions and I never ever felt rushed, even with all the work he had to do. He was here for 5 days, he is truly meticulous, it must be perfect, when he put the floor down in the shower, I changed my mind on the grout color, he was so concerned that I would not like it, I loved it and so glad I chose to change colors. Mario honestly is caring as if it were his own shower, he would share in our joy once a wall was completed and share that he likes it as well, so personable, knowledgeable, and clean too! I want to give a shout out to Kim; I remember my first conversation with her telling her what a perfectionist I was. She assured me I had the right team; she was correct! Thank you for all your help. I will use Preferred Construction again when we are ready to do our kitchen countertops and I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you for a JOB well done and with an amazing team!

I hired them and they did a great job in the end. We walked and talked thru the project to insure it was what I wanted.

I hired preferred construction for my project (remodeling my entire kitchen) Was the best decision. Excellent company, very professional and great costumer services. Manager Ricardo is the best . I totally recommend Preferred Construction.

Would not recommend, but they got the job done. Communication breakdown between estimator and project manager really tainted the experience. I had to settle for a cabinet color I did not pick. Other than that initial mix up, the rest of the experience was okay. Crew did what they should do. They asked questions on certain details that needed clarification and fixed their mistakes without any fuss.

Very friendly, clean, efficient. Highly recommend!

Ricardo's crew remodelled both bathrooms, and the entire kitchen. The whole crew was very polite, professional, fast. I was very impressed with the quality of the work. They did a lot of "extra work" along the way without any change orders. Angel was very helpful in design decisions as well as Ricardo. My wife and I feel very lucky we ended up picking them.

I was extremely impressed with the project manager, Ricardo, and construction team lead, Ricardo. I couldn't believe the perfectionism the team took to complete the project. They were very communicative from the beginning until the end of the project. I would strongly recommend this company and certainly would hire them for other projects, if needed. I would say Ricardo H. was very responsive to my requests. The project was completed on time and within budget, so no additional costs outside of the responsibility of the homeowner which was made clear at the onset.

Extremely satisfied with the entire Preferred team. From start to finish the crew performed above my expectations. This was a major remodel/reconfiguration that lasted a little more than three weeks. Project manager Ricardo was onsite every day and kept us well informed of the status. We were consulted at every step along the way. From our original vision they had several ideas that made our new master bathroom even better. This was our first major project and while we have nothing to compare it to, I am unable to imagine that there could have been a better business to team up with.

I'm very pleased with Preferred Construction from my first estimate meeting to the completion of the project. They took my inspiration and made it reality. The team was very nice, provided extreme attention to details and offered suggestions for design modifications. They finished on time and on budget. I would definitely use them for another project and recommend their services to others.

Very helpful in planning the update of my two bathrooms. Completed project ahead of schedule. Workers were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Considerate about my home, cleaned construction area every day before leaving.

They did an outstanding job. Their work is meticulous, with great attention to detail. Very easy to work with, maintained communication throughout, cleaned up every day, polite, responsive. Completed project on time. We will hire them again. Our new master bath is beautiful!

This is the best group we’ve ever worked with. We’ve done many houses and they’re the best. They do what they say they will do, the quality of work is terrific and they will finish within the 6-8 week timeframe. They always asked if a choice was to be made and the detail they paid attention to was outstanding. There have been NO hidden charges or surprises. Preferred Construction was great to have remodeling our kitchen., replacing our kitchen cabinets and countertops. Their workmanship shows. The team got to work quickly each day from when they arrived, though communication was off and on through the project. I wouldn't know if anyone was coming in on a given day or when, but I also hadn't specified to them any times myself. Calling them, they always answered quickly. Angel and Carlos were great to work with, answering to any questions I had and made the process easy to handle, and if they didn't know something, they would get back to me. I would recommend them and hire them again.

Preferred Construction has gone above and beyond my expectations in the repair of my home after a bathroom water hose broke and flooded our home. They removed the damaged flooring, drywall and cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen. They then replaced all the damaged walls and flooring and cabinets and doors. Their workmanship was absolutely fantastic, including the painting of all rooms. Their follow up after the installation has been great, as they have adjusted doors months later and fixed floor planks that moved. They never added any additional charges. I highly recommend this company .
