Honestly it was a great experience. Everyone that was involved with the project was courteous and accommodating every time they came to work in our home. Moses was top class, his work was exceptional . Everyone did a great job. Carlos was also exceptional he was always on hand to take care of whatever needed to get done. I would hire them again. Actually they are going to do my second bathroom for me.

Preferred Construction recently completed the remodel of my two 1975-vintage bathrooms. their work was of excellent quality and I am more than pleased with the results. Kudos from start to finish to Angel, project estimator and Ricardo, project manager for listening to what I wanted and for their assistance and knowledge of what the project entailed and what materials would work best. I want to compliment Oscar, a great young man, for his superb precision tile work and to Martin, for his fine finishing work. My thanks and appreciation to all of the crew for their excellent work on each part of the project. Definitely recommending Preferred Construction to anyone looking for great, quality work. They did a great job transforming our kitchen from old to new.

You would be hard pressed to find a company with the quality craftsmen as Preferred. They are amazing and gifted workers. To top it off the all were very kind and helpful. If they had a question their supervisor, Ricardo indeed have the answer or skill to remedy the situation. He too is very kind and knowledgeable and his craftsmen respect him. He runs a tight ship, expects quality and delivers. Angel the salesman was just as helpful. I cannot say enough about this company and their employees. HIRE THEM!

I couldnâ  t be more pleased with my kitchen remodel and Preferred Construction. From start to finish Ricardo and his team were professional, friendly, responsive and very accommodating. Whenever I contacted Ricardo he returned my call within minutes and was always concerned with my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

All the guys on my project were very knowledgeable and professional. They were very punctual and always busy. My kitchen remodel, 1 full bath and 1 half bath was complete in three weeks. Every single person I dealt with at Preferred Construction was professional, courteous and had the great work ethic to do the job right. From the initial quote with Angel, to the meeting with the awesome project manager Ricardo, with all of the guys doing plumbing, tile and everything else, to the finished product, they stayed on task and communicated with me and did a fantastic job. Can't wait to start the next project with them! =)

Carlos was with the project throughout and he was really great. Then Adam did cabinetry and Mario was a great worker. They listened to our concerns and made sure everything we asked for was done and I am very pleased with my project.

Fantastic company with solutions. A broken waterline ruined our new plank flooring, carpeting , kitchen cabinets and Sheetrock walls. Preferred rebuilt and repainted and actually made our house better than before. Ricardo supervises great tradesmen for every type of repair. I highly recommend Preferred Construction.

The project manager Ricardo was awesome and really good with communication.

With the company doing my living room wall and now adding the mantle everyone has been very curtious. They clean up after them self and leave nothing behind. I have already told people about this company. Now I'm having my bathroom redone. Can't wait. Thank you for the great service.

I used contractor in past in California and Nevada this is been the best experience we ever had, They are professional and on time and kept us up to speed on what was going on!

I basically had a whole home remodel to do on a home built in 1977 that was pretty much neglected for many years. Preferred Construction was really Awesome to work with. The guys really know their stuff and had great design recommendations for a better result and to save some money as well. Ricardo is an excellent project manager and an all around Awesome guy! So happy with the results and I'm happy to be moving into my now dream home with The help of Preferred Construction!

Excellent communication. They used our design ideas and incorporated them into our dream bathroom. Brian and the his whole crew worked like clockwork even assisting us with a floor tile install along the way. Overall terrific work!

Still, have not seen work it is at 2nd home. Looks great on pictures though I will follow up on that.... customer service has been stellar through pandemic work has been stalled…

They promised way more than what they they delivered. The designer/intake person proposed a crazy shower door design (glass panel only on 2/3 of the shower) that did not stop water from spilling out of our small shower. We paid an extra $800 to add the other 1/3 glass panel to the shower. Of course this and other charges were not included in the initial price quote! Also, there didn't seem to be much communication between the designer's plan and the actual workmen so drains/fixtures were installed in wrong places. We "sign up today to get this price" because it appeared reasonable for what they offered to do, but when we fixed their mistakes, we ended up paying much more than the initial quotes. At least they finished in the promised time, and the workmanship appears good.

It took a lot longer then advised but over all the quality of work was very good. We had one problem but the owner resolved it to our satisfaction.
