Precision Plumbing, dba aaa Precision Plumbing, Thomas Gaede CEO, is UNDER INVESTIGATION BY NV STATE BOARD OF CONTRACTORS, for SUBSTANDARD WORK, DOES NOT MEET CODE. Precision caused life threatening gas leak at my Las Vegas Home. They refused to respond, even after SW GAs Co came as an emergency, and wrote: ‘Hazardous Premises’ code 1 gas leak. Nv Board of Contractors issued a work repair order, giving them 15 business days to repair and get a permit. Still, absolutely no response! Precision plumbing was so Deceptive, claiming to me and the City permit dept, that they had installed a new 3/4 inch gas line in the ceiling. But, only put a short snub nose piece of pipe on the outside of the wall. The City inspector CAUGHT PRECISION’S DISHONESTY, and FAILED INSPECTION. Also, ventilation to tankless did not meet code, both incoming and outgoing air ducts substandard work. DECEPTIVE, DISHONEST, DANGEROUS. Unless the NSCB uses leverage to fine or suspend their license, they would not respond. Horrible customer service, and the worst management. Also, refused to honor hot water tank warranty, less than 2 years old. Claimed no record of warranty.
