it was an unusual circumstance in that the homeowner just was taken to hospital and the garage could not be closed leaving the house and garage contents vulnerable. this business was the original installer of the door and had left their contact info on a sticker on the inside of the garage door (good foresight). i called them and explained the problem and they were there less than 2 hours and finished the job without another problem. the serviceman was very polite and helpful and communicated the problem with the door very well. i am next door neighbor to the homeowner and would use this company myself the next time there is a problem with my garage door. thanks mr. murphy. k. hope

Joseph Cobb was the contractor who installed the door. He was punctual, professional and did an excellent job. His work was excellent and he delivered what he promised. I would use this young man again and again. What a great job!

They were able to come out the morning I called, thank goodness as my door was ready to fall from the ceiling. Another technician was called to assist the first tech due to the dangerous situation. I was kept informed about each step as they repaired the door. The work was done in a timely manner and the door is working great and so much quieter now. The technician, I believe his name was Matthew was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely use this company again.

Jeff has serviced our doors several times. He has always arrived within the agreed upon timeframe and performed professionally. The office staff are also excellent and schedule service appointments as quickly as possible. Precision is my go to company!

Precision Door has twice repaired my old garage door, promptly and in a timely fashion. I did not hesitate in calling them when it cae time to replace the door. Came out first to look at door which did not respond to portable openers when we needed the door to go down. Adjusted beam which made it work better but did not fully fix the problem. Came out second time and diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board, which he said was common to this model of door opener, and said unit is no longer made and circuit board is no longer made, so it required new unit. Sold me a new and better unit for several hundred dollars, but I believe the diagnosis was honest and correct.

Our 15 year old garage door openers failed and we replaced both Called Precision from Angies List. Response came immediately. Trevor called prior to coming out. After examination he informed us that the computer boards had failed. As the cost difference to replace both units was not that great we decided to replace both. Trevor arranged his schedule to fit us in the same day. Units were replaced and programmed that afternoon. Trevor very courteous and professional. Took the time to fully explain programming and operation of units. Could not ask for better service and would definitely recommend to friends. a

The Technician came out promptly as promised ( I was unable to open the garage door to remove my car and had to cancel an appointment). He checked the door and identified the problem, discussed his diagnosis and the best way to resolve the problem, gave me the price - actually there was a choice of 3 - repaired the door. I was able to open and close the door in approximately an hour. Had no similar problems since.

Precision doors did an excellent job replacing our warn out garage door opener with a new one. They gave various options and pricing. They had all the parts in their trucks to do the job right away. We would recommend this company.

Rather than giving me what I asked for, a new keypad, he gave me what I needed, a fresh battery in a cleaned-out keypad. Instead of charging me $120+ for a new keypad, he charged for a service call and a battery, saving us over $60!Given the opportunity to rip me off, he performed a quality service call, even advising me not to be embarrassed, that it hapens all the time.

I was pleased with the service. Robert was very knowledgeable and professional. I was however surprised at their policy that prohibited them from adjusting the existing springs. I had to leave for a job at 7am and could not open the door to get my car out. So I had no choice but to purchase the new springs to have the door repaired.

contacted company and technician showed up in an hour he advised me as to what was wrong and the cost and i told him to go ahead with work. he tightened all springs and chains, lubed tracks,told me even though my opener was old it still was in working condition. I was very happy with the work performed by Adam and will call again when i need Precision Door.

Adam provided wonderful service. He fixed everything. He was in and out within an hour. He did a great job. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We called Precision and a technician was scheduled for the same day. It was raining very heavily and I wouldn't have blamed the technician, Jonathan, if he had rescheduled but he did not. He showed up at the door with the rain pouring down. My husband explained the problem and Jonathan went right to work troubleshooting the problem. He located the problem source and repaired it within 30 minutes . Such a relief to have the door closing properly again!

The service guy, John, was great! Communicated well, respectful and knowledgeable. Initially, I had complaints with the support staff in the office. After my review, I was contacted by Suzanne with an apology for the insufficient communication during the job along with an explanation. I was happy with what she told me and therefore I'm upgrading my review.

After Nate gave me the estimate for replacing both springs, I asked if there was a discount if I also replaced the garage door at the same time. The discount was about the cost of replacing the springs alone. Nate showed me the options for garage doors and also the various features available. Nate completed the estimate on his tablet and I signed everything electronically. Nate then emailed the estimate to me and when done, the completed work order. Nate arranged for the replacement to be done the next day. He arrived with all the necessary components when scheduled. Nate efficiently installed the new door and spent quite a while making sure the door was adjusted to properly seal. He was personable and professional throughout the whole process. This work was completed three weeks ago and I have not had an issue with my garage door since the installation. Also, since I went with an insulated garage door, my garage is noticeably cooler. My brother had recommended this company as he was very happy with the work done when he had his garage door replaced. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent, Robert the tech did a great job and appreciated his knowledge and work. The price may have been higher than others, but the quality of the springs seems to be better and they provided a lifetime warranty. It was done quickly and Robert adjusted other sections of the door that were either too tight or not in alignment. I was given a service window from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. He called at 9:20 a.m. and said he was on his way for a distance location and would arrive by 10:00 a.m. I called him at about 10:15 to see if he may have gotten lost, but he was re-routed to pick up some parts. He arrived at about 10:40 and completed the work in a little over a half hour.

terrible. Guy kept saying over and over..."oh this is going to be expensive" and gave me a quote that was more than double the other estimates.

They told me that I needed a new top part to my garage which was glass. I thought the glass panel was included in the warranty which was suppose to cover the whole garage door. They also wanted to put in a new opener which I did not need because the one I have now works just fine.
