+ 0 moreI think it is fair to say that the people working for this company are good people. However, their lack of orginization and communication is apparent and it shows in their work. ----Follow up to report: I recieved my invoice via email about 5pm after all work had been completed. Yesterday while at work I recieved two phone calls within a hour from the secretary wanting to know when i good time to come by my house to pick up a check would be. After politely explaining that I work all day and would be mailing the company a check today, she again asked if they could just swing by real quick. I again told her no and offered to pay by CC, which she told me the company was not set up to accept.
Description of Work: I hired Pool Masters after receiving a very competitive quote for work to be performed on our pool of a recently purchased home. The estimator was very nice and said that all the work that was needed to be performed could be handled by the company including plumbing repair, acid wash,and resealing of decorative rock around the pool. After accepting their quote (which I had to call back about) work began a few days later. I should have stopped them from working after the second day on the job. It was apparent from the start that the estimator and the technicians were not on the same page. I consistently had to ask about certain aspects of the job that were not being performed although it had been promised by the estimator. When I accepted the quote I did realize that it wasn't completely itemized, and when I asked about this to the secretary she told me they had their own internal work order. After a week and half work was finally finished today. I still have two plumbing leaks that I will repair myself, just so this company does not touch my equipement again. I will not being using this company again until they can become more organized and professionally functioning.

+ 0 moreI had a Property For Sale in North Las Vegas, The Swimming Pool needed Every single piece of equipment since they stole everything including Filter Canister, Filters, Pumps, Lights, Timer, and Wiring, I had at lease 4 quotes from different contractors and they all were way too high. Pool Masters came and gave me a excellent price and performed the job in a very timely manner. I sold the home and the pool passed all inspection reports that the Realtors normally require and they are there every week until the pool sales for a very fair price as well. They provided me with Professional invoices and everything via E-mail. Every time I called, the secretary was ready to help me and answered all my questions. I am Very happy with their services and they are currently doing all of the pool work on the investment homes that i buy in Las Vegas Areas. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone on this community!
